The decor here is gorgeous and makes you feel so welcome and at home. The employees working were so friendly and made delicious drinks. Went for the grinch menu, but will definitely be back soon. I loved how balanced the drinks were.

3.5 with potential for higher Atmosphere: pretty cool. Nice bar area. Tables are a bit tight inside. A decent amount of outdoor seating in the front. Live music played outside while we were there. Service: okay. Kind of hard to hear our server. Not really good or bad. I believe the owner came over to many tables while we were there. He let us sample some spirits- thank you! Food: pricey and not good at all. Had the buffalo dip. Not worth it. Drinks: good! As expected! :) We have a great distillery in Patchogue so I probably wont travel to this one but if I was in the area for something else I would consider stopping by.

LOVE this spot! Our bartender was super sweet and attentive. We got an espresso martini flight and every single one was so delicious. We paired our flight with a cinnamon pretzel and it truly knocked our experience out of the park. We can't wait to come back!

What a nice place to hang out. It's part of an old fire house attached to north folk brewery. Good drink menu, nice vibe. Kid friendly..

I don't usually go to bars or breweries but I would think someone would have a hostess since they have tables set up and provide food. Not one person greeted us, it was just a free-for-all: no menus for the drinks and I didn't see any of the drinks listed on the chalk board, idk. If they didn't have table seating or food I'd say fine but the place was swamped and their famous pumpkin drink was not listed on the menu so once we found seating, the bartender explained the drink. The drink in the pumpkin fyi is $25 and half the pumpkin is filled with ice (I do understand that they couldn't possibly fill up the entire pumpkin with the drink as it has alcohol and if they did it would probably be double the price). My partner had a peanut butter espresso with some kind of alcohol in it - I'm told it was good. Apparently food is provided here but we didn't know where those menus where and it's not like anyone acknowledged us so we just got our drinks and left. There are also A LOT of bees so be warned. The drinks were good so 3 stars for that but wouldn't return.

Great place to hang on a fall Saturday afternoon. What a coincidence, we were there on a Saturday Afternoon. Foods is a great accompaniment and the distilled spirits are better because you know they were made here. Manhattan (named after my Alma Mater - go Jaspers) was satisfying and the 2 &4 year whiskies finished the afternoon without pain. Very Chill North Fork destination. UBEREQUIRED. .

Rating a 3.5 I was here on both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday was their St Patrick's Day and they were mobbed. There was some confusion about our reservation, but it was all fixed and it ended up fine. Sunday was empty and was more of the laid back ambiance. We ordered cheese board, Buffalo chicken dip and chips and salsa. Cheese board was tasty and average, I'd get it again. The other two snacks, were scarce and overpriced....had they been more generous, I'd probably have given 4.5 stars. Sunday they were out of flatbreads and pita to go with the hummus we ordered. I understand this stuff happens. I had the grapefruit Paloma with vodka, delicious and average priced. I plan to return.

This place feels like a hidden gem in its location. You're off the main road so you can really sit and enjoy your time. We went for a drink after dinner, and with the new regulations you have to order food. We ordered chips so we didn't get to try anything substantial off of the food menu. Would definitely go back for a night out.

Twin Stills is a family owned business with a cool history of how they got started. Their whiskey comes from an old Portuguese tradition of single small batch distillation. They have moonshine tastings, three for $9.00. Pick your flavors and enjoy! My favorite was the Apple Pie Moonshine, which we bought a couple bottles of. They also have a few whiskey's, vodka and brandy as well and if you want a full drink they have cocktails and beers too. Really a very cool spot on Long Island to have some quality moonshine. When we were there, a food truck was also parked out front, so on a nice day you can pull up a chair outside, grab some food and enjoy the best moonshine in the area, and some great customer service. No friends, this isn't a review about something I whipped up in a bathtub during the prohibition…read more Nay, instead we're talking about some legitimate moonshine (and mixed drinks) from Twin Stills located out east on the North Fork of Long Island. My wife and her family finally swung by this spot back at the beginning of the summer as we tasted up some delightful libations. Now truth be told, I had already sampled several moonshine flavors made at Twin Stills as you can often find them selling bottles of their o'OldTymer alcohol at farmers markets and places like Total Wine. And I've passed the actual storefront a ton of times while heading out east, but never once did I stop in (until now). I mean, it's honestly nothing special, the interior of Twin Stills. You have a tiny bar of a few seats and walls with their various moonshine flavors available. Outside you'll find a handful of tables so on warmer/nicer days you'll be able to sit and sip your moonshine which is what we did. Well it was almost only me who partook in their offerings as I was most intrigued by the fruity flavor options they had. Apple Pie is the best, but one I've tried prior, so I decided to do a "flight" of moonshine with other flavor options. I went with raspberry, mixed berry, and coffee as my three choices. Oh and I put flight in quotations because with moonshine, your samples are itty bitty. The price isn't horrible though at $9 for the trio. I'd also say that none of the flavors were horrible either, though coffee might've been a bit too strong and mixed berry didn't taste like anything specific. Raspberry, on the other hand, was outstanding. I wanted a bottle of that, but there was one other flavor I wanted to sample before my purchase (well I would've liked to have tried chocolate but it was sold out). The lady behind the bar gave me a free fourth taste of blueberry moonshine which was almost as delicious as the raspberry. In the end, it couldn't beat out that raspy winner, and so a bottle of raspberry was bought. Backtracking for a sec, I did mention I was almost the only one to drink at Twin Stills, but I can't forget to mention my wife's cocolada drink. This was a mixture of muddled fruit, a moonshine flavor, and coconut cream. She ordered a raspberry option (because it was the best flavor, of course) and boy was it a tasty mixture. I'd definitely want to try to copy that simple recipe at home and make my own. Yum. Overall, Twin Stills Moonshine is a lovely little Long Island spot with quality alcoholic concoctions. Perhaps a few moonshine flavors miss the mark, but most are delightful and worthy of drinking on their own, over some ice, or just grab that coconut cream and start the party. Regardless of how you drink it, just know it wasn't made in a bathtub...I think.

A friend of mine lives in the neighborhood and suggested grabbing a drink there, and it turned out to be such a fun spot. I'm not usually a big cocktail person, but once I saw they had espresso martinis, I was immediately on board. The espresso martini was smooth, not too sweet, and easy to drink! Exactly what I wanted. If cocktails aren't your thing, they also have a small beer selection, which is nice if you're with a group and everyone wants something different. We went on a Friday night and the place was busy, with live music playing and a great vibe overall. Lots of people hanging out, chatting, and clearly enjoying themselves. It had that local neighborhood feel, like a place people come back to often, not just a one-time stop. This was such a great find and a perfect spot for a casual night out. Watercure is a locally owned distillery that uses locally harvested ingredients to craft small batches of vodka, rum, whiskey, gin, bourbon, and brandy. Their website lists 20 different spirts, so they get pretty creative in the distillery. We had a $14.99 flight of Cucumber and Mint Flavored Vodka, Apple Vodka, Apple Rum, and Strawberry Rhubarb Vodka (which we loved and was clearly our favored sample). As for my bourbon loving buddy, we picked up a 200 ml bottle of CT Wheat Bourbon ($59.99), and when we mentioned it was destined to be a birthday present, our host lovingly wrapped it in plastic and tied it with a pretty white bow!
