The Montani service guy came out and looked at the problem with our hot water heater on a Friday. He said it needed to be replaced. He was truthful and said that he suggested replacing it. It was 16 years old. I agreed and he went over everything around the tank and the ventilation. He said everything was up to code except one gas fitting that they would change. I was a little shell shocked by the price but what do you do? I went ahead a scheduled it. After he left I checked around about the price. I called 2 places and was surprised that Montani really were almost 100 dollars cheaper. Then they came to install it, it was different service men and he was as nice as could be and they were neat and clean doing their work, cleaned up the mess that they had to make to change it, then carried off the old heater. Nathan and Tyler are amazing electricians. they did as much as they could with what funds I I have to do this by the month to a new home but what they did do by fixing several outlets and switches was amazing rapid and quick and as far as personalities go, they were great company and they taught me things as we went along showed me what was wrong to be were very thorough and very effective and most importantly thanks to them. I now have a porch light and I really appreciate that. MMG sent technician Doug H to fix our broken air conditioner he got here sooner than I expected yesterday when he got here he asked what was going on with it. Hooked gauges to see what was going on with it ,he fixed it he explained some things to me what was going on and how it should work and the temperature it should keep our home. Doug was very nice and knowledgeable,understanding,and seemed to care we had been very hot in our home and gave helpful information on our air conditioning unit nice guy if anything else ever happens to it I would want him to come back and fix it because he does a good job and understanding and knows how to fix the problem Good guy . Requested that my furnace be inspected and maintained due to some stuttering/turning on and off this morning around 9am. Montani had a technician at my residence by 2pm. That's only a five hour lead time for a non-emergency furnace issue in the middle of the winter and I think that is pretty cool, guys. The technician that came out, Josh, was very professional and actually took the time while doing his maintenance to teach me about my system and show me the basic concepts of how the furnace operated. It was pretty neat to see how it actually worked. After a little TLC, Josh had it running smoothly again and I even learned a little along the way. Thanks so much, Josh. I called this company and have had the BEST SERVICE ever.. The plumber (Jeremy R) came out and accessed my sewer situation..the pipes were a nightmare of patched and quick fixes that finally gave way on 2nd floor and made a complete DISASTER of my NEW APARTMENT..I hadn't even got moved in.. When we bought our home, I wanted a company who provided regular HVAC services. MMG came up during my search and after signing up, we're now on the seasonal calendar. Without fail, Ms. Ambrosia calls and gets us scheduled for a tech to come out to check the heater before it gets cold and then check the AC before the hot weather gets going. I was able to get on schedule quickly for electrical and plumbing services. We appreciate the ability to provide our own parts in some situations or to have MMG bring them, which not every company does. I was referred to Montani through my insurance company. Mike and Robert were diligent in doing all possible to find water line break in @100 ft. of pipe going from house, through yard and woods, down hill to road. Like searching for a needle in a haystack. But they found it and repaired it in the same visit and saved me likely thousands between the escalating water bills and what it would have cost to start digging the whole water line up. They were polite, communicative, and left everything (except the leak) exactly as they found it. I will go to Montani for all future plumbing needs. Montani is extremely organized, streamlined, and puts customer care at the top of their priorities. We had a plumbing emergency (blocked sewer line), and Mike and his assistant showed up 40 minutes before their earliest estimated arrival time, and they were finished in half an hour. They also put plastic covers over their boots so as not to track snow into the house. They were professional, friendly, and highly competent. Montani kept me updated with texts the entire time, even sending me a photo of Mike with a short bio! They also followed up with a text and phone call to make sure I was satisfied. They came and replaced the hot water heater. First time they came they tried to fix it. Due to the age of the unit, we decided to replace it. We were given the option to purchase it ourselves and save a little money. Then they came back and install it. The two guys that did it did an excellent job. It's a gas hot water heater so there was a little more to it. They didn't try to make us buy a new pan for it to be set in or redo the venting. They checked and said that it had been done correctly when the house was built. Hopefully I won't need to call them back for years, but I would if I ever needed too. read more

I have never met a more professional and courteous group. They have gone out of their way to make sure I am getting back to normal after my heat system failed. Not only did they get my bad system to work with a temporary fix, they were able to work with my warranty company to get the entire system replaced. They texted me several times and even sent a linl so i cpuld track where the work truck was while enroute to my house. The technician showed up within the 4 hr window . I have used Montani Mechanical 3 times now. This time I needed help with the water lines to my washer and the faucet on my kitchen sink. Mike, the technician, was very helpful and professional. The washer lines were fixed but I needed a new faucet in the kitchen. Mike got a new faucet to put in. however, there were also issues with the drain in the sink. He fixed all of the kitchen issues. I was referred to MMG by a friend for a heat pump then we ran into an electrical issue that required new panel box and main wires. MMG came out got our mess fixed then installed the heat pump. They were so flexible with our crazy schedules, honest employees and if anything came up the owner was in contact with me.
