I've used Best Electric a number of times and will only use them exclusively. They've done projects necessary at my house but why they're so standout is what they do in the community and for the less fortunate. In 2020, my best friend's 13 year old son tragically lost his life, and I had to go in with restoration experts to desperately try to get the house not to be the scene she had left when she was able to return. During the restoration process we discovered a number of plumbing and electrical issues and me and some friends desperately called whatever professionals we could. (The plumber I knew who I used to work with responded "I don't work on weekends unless I have to" when we were having a 13 year old's funeral the next day, but that's another story / review. We were *paying* people, not asking for anybody to do their jobs for free but Best Electric swooped in and took care of everything gratis when they heard of the tragedy and this mother's grief. One of the young men doing the labor was also an amazing talented musician and wrote a song for the young man who lost his life. It's coming up on Mother's Day, and I will never forget Best Electric's contribution to healing above and beyond just being stellar at the service they provide.

They knew in advance that that is all that I needed done, and yet they sent two technicians on a job. The technicians were done in 10 minutes,. When they showed me the bill, I was shocked to see they were billing me for 2 hours, times two technicians! The bill was for more than $360! I complained, called their manager, who was very dismissive and did not want to back down, although I had screenshots of when I had called him in the morning (because they were late coming in) and knowing that it was now still LESS than ONE hour since then. The manager ended up lowering the bill to charging me for "only" two hours on one technician and one hour for the second technician, so the bill came down to $260. For the work that took them 10 minutes. I have used Best Electric in the past, and this had never happened before. I was always treated and charged appropriately. After today, I will never call them again.

When I had a plumbing emergency with a terrible and silent leak, I ran into waitlists everywhwere in my immediate area. A & P Plumbing proivided me with a next day visit and estimate, and I decided to stick with the Licensed plumber they sent me who was outstanding, so i waited for 3 more long days without water (much more reasonable a wait then the 3 weeks locally to even get an estimate) to have a superb repair job and a reasonable, detailed and fair bill. I cannot recommend this company high enough, becasue of the kindness, professionalism and skills of my plumber. (and the second time he brought an apprentice whoi was also a hard worker and well skilled and polite) The company is also one that kept every promise and did not gouge me or mislead me.

I requested during normal work hours. There was a technician (JR Bishop) sent by noon the next day. Unlike most experiences, JR came in and found something very simple that was wrong and fixed it within 10 minutes. Something a technician would have to do but it was not a sales pitch to have more done. Since the service was top quality, I requested that he perform a normal maintenance and he did a top quality job. I would highly recommend this company, because it is obvious that quality and client service is practiced from all aspects of the Company.
