We concluded that the unit needed to be replaced, the ducting system needed to be insulated, and the branch ducts needed to be replaced. That is a large scope of work with a potentially crippling price tag, but that was not the case. They gave me a reasonable price. They ordered the equipment and scheduled the installation for my preferred dates. Chase, Dusty, and Jason performed the installation over a 2 day period working over 10 hours each day. The outdoor temperatures were in the 30s. They were very attentive and focused on the installation and customer satisfaction. The sheet metal work was impressive. The efficiency of installing the new duct work was also impressive. They gave me regular updates throughout each day. The new unit works extremely well. They made a point of showing me the features of the unit and to explain the maintenance requirements. They included 1 year of free maintenance. I was also surprised with the inclusion of new grills for the air returns and new floor registers. Those were added features to the contract. Their attention to customer satisfaction is impressive.
