The two man crew analyzed the problem and worked tirelessly to replace the system. The men were professionals. They were courteous, clear, and honest. I haven't seen a work ethic like this in several years. They worked without a break until the job was finished. Management worked with us some small details. This group stayed with us until our water was flowing great. The quality of replaced equipment was top end and costs were well within reach. We couldn't believe it. We highly recommend VanDyken.

I did ask when i set the service up for a spare part to be brought up, which they said was no problem. However when they actually conducted the service, no spare parts were brought. Have used them a few other times and while these folks are friendly and seem very honest and upfront, the prices are a little to high when compared to others in the area doing work just as good. If your on a budget have them come do a quote and compare it to others locally, might just save you some money, in my case I saved almost $1,000.00 going elsewhere. That said I would be very comfortable using these nice folks again if the pricing and timing is right. I like good service and these folks do have it.

Upon arrival, I mentioned that I had changed the water filter, per recommendation of another company's receptionist, and it was not acting up so much. He looked in our utility closet, went to his truck for a bit for different tools. Seemed to be out there for some time, then came back and told me after himming and hahhhing at it, that the preasure switch and pressure tank needed to be replaced. He said that was typical for these things to go bad. $20 for pressure switch $550 for pressure tank. He left and went to get tank. In the mean time I did some price checking and calling around. I told him not to come back, as I was checking around. I decided to go with another company, who came out to replace both items, only to tell me, my pressure tank was fine, specifically not water logged and that they added air to it..I gladly thanked them for saving me over $500. Around 4pm, A1 shows back up with a $90 bill claiming "his truck doesn't run for free." And when I asked him what I was paying for he said, "my opinion." (Which was that the tank was water logged) I then informed him, that his opinion was wrong according to the two gentlemen from the other company. He demanded I pay him. He is dishonest. 3 weeks later, my water is running fine.

My husband and I recently bought a piece of land to build our dream home on so we called these guys first to drill us a well. After taking 2 months longer to get started on our well than they told us it would be. then they failed twice to be able to drill a stable hole for our well (2 collapsed). It turns out we have a very difficult piece of land, so I do not blame them for not being able to get the well. I am unhappy with the way they handled it. They pulled their rig off our lot and said they would talk to another company with more advanced equipment to see if they could help, and then they would get back to us. They never did. After at least a week of stressful waiting and un-returned calls from our contractor, I contacted them directly. They told me they had been meaning to call us back. They had " declined to try again" and told us that "this happens sometimes." I asked about his colleague with better equipment, and I was told "he won't touch it, I don't think anyone will touch it." His lack of concern and helpfulness with my predicament is what let me to place this review. a We had already sold our current home in anticipation of building and so I was devastated. he gave me a a name of another company that might have better equipment but said he didn't know them. Then we hung up. We called this other they assured us they could do it. The owner told us "Don't worry, we will make it look easy". I was so reassured. They were at our lot in less than a week from our first contact with them and were there every day, driving back and forth from Butte in the first blizzard and below zero snap of the season. They cased our well with steel down to 540 feet so that it would be stable. Now we have an awesome well and can go forward building our dream house. Because of my above story, I will no longer recommend that people use A10 drilling. They did not have the equipment, dedication, or personal caring that I would want in a company.
