It seems that they measured the output from the whole house water filter instead of directly from the well. The specified flow rate for the whole house water filter is 10 gmp. The crew clearly did not know how to measure well flow rate and this will likely cause an issue with the sale of our home.

In a panic I called about 8 different plumbers for emergency service on the jet pump (it being a holiday and all) some said they would not travel to where I live, others said they didn't fix my issue. So I hit home adviser and within 10 minutes Bar C called and within 2 hours they were out. The diagnosed and fixed the problem asap. I was not charged any extra fees for travel.
