The two man crew analyzed the problem and worked tirelessly to replace the system. The men were professionals. They were courteous, clear, and honest. I haven't seen a work ethic like this in several years. They worked without a break until the job was finished. Management worked with us some small details. This group stayed with us until our water was flowing great. The quality of replaced equipment was top end and costs were well within reach. We couldn't believe it. We highly recommend VanDyken.

I did ask when i set the service up for a spare part to be brought up, which they said was no problem. However when they actually conducted the service, no spare parts were brought. Have used them a few other times and while these folks are friendly and seem very honest and upfront, the prices are a little to high when compared to others in the area doing work just as good. If your on a budget have them come do a quote and compare it to others locally, might just save you some money, in my case I saved almost $1,000.00 going elsewhere. That said I would be very comfortable using these nice folks again if the pricing and timing is right. I like good service and these folks do have it.

In a panic I called about 8 different plumbers for emergency service on the jet pump (it being a holiday and all) some said they would not travel to where I live, others said they didn't fix my issue. So I hit home adviser and within 10 minutes Bar C called and within 2 hours they were out. The diagnosed and fixed the problem asap. I was not charged any extra fees for travel. Juan and his team are stand-up and honest working folks. Definitely would recommend again. In fact I am having him back out in the spring to assess my well.
