As first-time visitors, her deep knowledge and enthusiasm allowed us to enjoy the mountain to the fullest--both during our session and on the days following. Christiane has skied Sutton since the 1960s and her passion for the terrain is infectious. She took the time to carefully assess our different abilities, guiding us so that my girlfriend felt safe while progressing from green to blue and eventually black trails. Her frequent check-ins and attentive nature allowed us to explore areas I never would have attempted on my own. Christiane is warm, open, and a brilliant communicator. I recommend her highly to anyone looking to get acquainted with the magic of Mont Sutton.

I remember when this mall ( and the rest of the stores in Quebec) was closed on Sundays- The day of rest. The mall has an array of of chain shops from the US, Canada and Europe. A very interesting place to check out. The shops range from high end shops to practical dollar stores. This is a great place to spend a killer cold winter weekend day. I try hard not to make purchases here as the exchange rate is not strong as it was in the 90's.

My family stays here year after year because of the incredible food at Bistro 4 Saisons and the ski mountain being so close. They have a hot tub which is perfect after a day of skiing to unwind. We usually stay in the suite and pick up cheese and wine to have after dinner as a late night snack. They also have laundry machines in the suite that is so helpful to wash our ski clothes.

Ça n'a pas de bon sens, cela fait longtemps que ma petite fille dort. J'appelle et impossible d'obtenir la ligne, je laisse un message sur la boîte vocale. Je vais voir en ligne afin de laisser aussi un email. Le lendemain matin 10h aucune nouvelle, je suis toujours prise avec mes billets de 22h10 pour ce soir. Je rappelle, je laisse de un nouveau message sur la boîte vocale, car pas de réponse et je retourne laisser un email. En pm une dame Annick retourne mon message et m'explique que BEAUCOUP DE GENS se plaignent et qu'avant l'achat, j'ai accepté les conditions d'achat. J'essaie d'expliquer que le système buguait et quand il a accepté mon paiement, le billet m'indiquait 22h10. Jamais j'ai eu l'option de choisir l'heure qui me convient! Annick me répond que je ne dois pas l'avoir vu! J'essaie de lui expliquer que c'est impossible, j'y vais avec ma petite fille de 7 ans et qu'elle dort habituellement à cette heure. Annick me répond que c'est beaucoup plus les parents qui sont fatigués que les enfants. Comme j'ai de la misère à placer un mot et je constate que Annick me manque de respect comme cliente, je demande à parler avec son supérieur. Annick me dit qu'elle est occupée et que je dois rappeler. Je lui demande de lui donner mes coordonnées, afin qu'elle puisse me rejoindre quand elle sera disponible. Annick se met à rire. Je lui demande pourquoi elle trouve cela drôle? Parce que ma supérieure est avec sa bosse. Je lui répond qu'elles peuvent m'appeler tous les 2, il n'y a pas de soucis! 1h environ plus tard, une dame m'appelle pour déplacer la date de l'activité. J'essaie d'expliquer ce pourquoi je voulais déplacer, et que la personne qui m'a appelé ne me laissait pas placer un mot. La personne me dit: c'est toi qui a laissé des messages partout? Je lui demande si je parle à cette même personne qui ne me laissait pas dire un mot? Elle me confirme que c'est plutôt moi qui ne lui laissait pas dire un mot (je me demande si cette conversation a été enregistrée..). Vraiment ça fait longtemps que je n'avais pas parlé à une personne aux services clients qui n'a pas les QUALITÉS NÉCESSAIRES!!! J'essaie de lui expliquer de nouveau, le bog avec le système et de lui rappeler que si plusieurs personnes se plaignent, c'est qu'il y a vraiment un bog!!! Je constate que ANNICK ne coopère pas et qu'elle veut absolument régler le problème le plus rapidement possible, c'est-à-dire changer ma date, afin que je sois satisfaite et que ANNICK puisse raccrocher. Je n'ai pas l'habitude d'écrire mes petits problèmes de la vie... SAUVE QUE LÀ, JE PENSE À TOUS LES PARENTS OU GRAND-PARENTS ou PERSONNES QUI SONT FAIT AVOIR... JE PENSE À CE RÉGLEMENT que Annick m'a expliqué, que je ne peux pas demander une annulation ou un changement de date. Voici ce que la loi du consommateur NOUS DIT, en ce qui concerne cet achat en ligne où il n'y a pas été possible, POUR MOI, de choisir l'heure et que le système m'a imposé 22h10. Vous n'avez pas divulgué tous les renseignements obligatoires avant la conclusion du contrat. Les renseignements obligatoires n'ont pas été présentés de la manière requise par la loi. Vous n'avez pas clairement donné au consommateur la possibilité d'accepter ou de refuser votre proposition, ou d'en corriger les erreurs. Le contrat ne contient pas tous les renseignements obligatoires. Le contrat que vous avez transmis ne peut facilement être conservé et imprimé. 7 jours suivant la réception de l'exemplaire du contrat JE PENSE AU SERVICE CLIENT DE FORESTA LUMINA. Sont-ils au courant pour Annick, est-ce le genre de service qu'ils offrent aux clients où c'est une façon de vendre les billets qui sont trop tardifs pour la plupart des gens qui n'arrivent peut-être pas à vendre!!! Beaucoup de questionnement concernant aussi d'autres entreprises... mais pour l'instant, je veux DÉMARRER UNE VAGUE D'INFORMATION ET espérant que le tout va se rendre à l'entreprise et à tous ceux qui manquaient d'info concernant cette entreprises. Une dame m'a contacté car elle a vécu la même situation que moi à 3 reprises! Foresta Lumina lors du 2e contact, voyant que j'insistais pour changer d'heure, même si Annick me disait que ce n'était pas possible et que beaucoup de gens se plaingnaient (qu'elle m'a dit), Annick m'a proposé de changer d'heure tout en m'insultant. Drove there last Friday evening. On the official website, the latest show was slotted to begin at…read more8:30pm and it said that we needed to be there for 8:15pm. It took us 2 hours to get there from Brossard, including a hurried pit stop at Laiterie Coaticook for some ice cream. This is why I docked a star: why was the last time slot at 8:30pm when people were still showing up at 10pm as we were leaving? Others were complaining about the same thing... I felt like we rushed like crazy for nothing. We would have rather gone later since it was way too crowded and there were too many children. It's also very dim so it's easy to trip or have a hard time with some of the steeper parts. We weren't able to enjoy the bridge or take pics at the coolest spots because of the lineups of families wanting to take pics... Beautiful experience and journey discovering the story that Moment Factory has brought to life. Would only go back if there was a later time slot that was 18+ only.

The accommodation is first class with the added bonus of no direct access to TV however WiFi is available, if a little spotty at times, but no big deal. Nicole is a delightful host and very attentive to your needs and will guide you on places to visit. Lots to do in the region....delightful villages and glorious countryside. If you decide to visit Sherbrooke (not much to see) drive carefully....you might find yourself with an unexpected speeding ticket.....hard to challenge even if you have doubts....Magog is a nearby lively lakeside community with a wide range of restaurants, shopping, wine store and major supermarket. North Hatley is the local community located at the lake head, a small and relaxing place for a stroll.
