You can definitely taste the beefiness from the dry aging and that alone was enough. With the peppercorn sauce it was great. BUT with the bone marrow vinaigrette, that took this steak from "really good" to life changing experience. Kouign amann ice cream sandwich (5/5): if you've never had a kouign amann, it's like if a croissant and a cake had a baby. Add in some ice cream and this dessert would've had to choke me to death on the way down to not get a 5/5. I'm alive and arguably more than ever after eating this platonic concept of dessert perfection. Get this!
