And when I called to have the problem rectified, he was more interested in saying it wasn't his fault. I felt like I was doing business with a 12 yr old. In a nutshell...... CHRIS DIS NOT DO A THOROUGH JOB AT ALL!!

I found All Pro Carpet & Tile on Home Advisor where they had a 4.8 rating out of 5, and I checked…read moreout their Yelp reviews which were mostly good as well. I hired Chris them to clean and seal the tile flooring and shower in my home, as well as adding fabric protection to our new sectional. We have roughly 600 sq ft of tile flooring and a tile shower that we wanted cleaned and the grout sealed. All seemed well except for the tiled shower. He seemed hesitant about it saying that most people don't seal their showers. I thought it was weird that he was seemingly acting uninterested in the work but told him that sealing the grout in the shower was important to my wife. We make our way into the living room to look at the sectional that we wanted scotch-guarded, and again he acts very hesitant about doing the work. Almost like he was trying to talk me out of getting it done. So I'm like, look if you don't feel good about doing it then we can skip that part of the service (that he had quoted $50 for). So if he was trying to get out of that job, he was successful. So he finally gets to work and one thing that I appreciated was that he put guards/covers at each of the corners of the walls in the hallway, so that he didn't scratch the walls as he brought his equipment in and pulled the hoses through the house. After a while I come out to check on the progress and the floors are still drying but look okay but in the shower there are obvious spots of grime and dirt still in multiple places on the grout lines and all of his equipment was gone. So I go out and ask him if he finished the shower. He says that he did. I point out the dirt and he basically says that it was the best he could do. I go back and look at it again and think to myself "hell no!" You don't pay for professional cleaning for obvious and visible dirt to be left like that. Then I go back and ask him if he had already sealed the shower and he said yes. So we go back and look at the shower together and I'm like, "I don't want that dirt and grime sealed into the grout". He says that he can go over it again with his sprayer but stops well short of assuring me that he would get it clean. He then proceeds to bring all of his equipment back in but this time he doesn't take the time to put guards/covers on the corners so as he's pulling the hoses down the hall he's banging and rubbing them against the corners of the wall. Now there are scratches on some of the corners of my wall that I just noticed today after he left. I'm not going to outright blame him for the scratches but since he didn't take the time to protect my walls the 2nd time around, I can't help but wonder. So after he's done with the shower again I inspect it. It was slightly better, but still ridiculously dirty for having just been 'professionally' cleaned. I think he went over it with his washer and sprayer and just expected it to just be clean and it wasn't and he wasn't willing to do anything further. My mind was absolutely blown that he was willing to leave it like that. At that point I just told him that what he was doing wasn't working and that I would get down there and clean it myself after he left. Unacceptable! I paid him $400 for this service that took roughly 4 hours. 2 other major problems. After her brought his stuff back in the 2nd time, he didn't wear shoe covers or anything and proceeded to track dirt back all over the floors that he just cleaned! Now there are footprints and dirt all through the hallway and all over the front entrance! I asked him if he was going to clean up all of the dirty spots and footprints that he had tracked back into the house. He then says that he can wipe it down with a towel. He comes in with this push broom looking thing and a towel and uses that to try and wipe down the floors. It wasn't working. At that point, I was fed up and just told him that it wasn't working and that he could just wrap it up and leave. Once he finishes packing his stuff up and I give him my credit card he tries to pretend as if he was giving me a break by not charging me a processing fee that he never told me about. He could tell that I was frustrated with the service and I guess he thought that he would try to say something to appease me but he ended up just looking dishonest, childish and unprofessional. Once he left and floors finished drying, I noticed spots, lines and puddles of dried up sealant on tile throughout the house. Furthermore, once the floors dried in the kitchen, I noticed that the grout was still dirty throughout the kitchen! In the master bathroom there is a gob of hair in one corner. There is dirt, streaks and dried spots of dried up sealant throughout the house. A constant reminder of the sub par work. There is so much more to complain about but the character limits has made me cut this down. See the pics as evidence.

OK, that's my first review here, so I hope to be useful for other users. My overall experience with…read morethese guys was excellent. All I can say about this company is that their janitorial service is at a very high level. I found them online and it was easy, because their reputation speaks for itself. I saw only 4 or 5* rating reviews, so I called myself "I need to try these guys" and here we're a week later- my office is a better place to work in. We had some not so positive experience with previous contractors, so this one is finally suitable for our needs. The cleaning service and the products they use for it are not so money costly, but with a healthcare factor and that's also impressed us. Not many companies do that these days and we're really appreciated when a company really thinks about its customers like this one. Also the carpet cleaning wasn't too noisy like most of the other companies and we were able to work without losing our concentration about the working process. After all that and all the work these guys did for us, we want to say them a big Thank You and promise to call soon for a cleaning. I now gave them a 4* rating review, because I'm a perfectionist and rarely gave somebody a maximum score, but this one is close to it.

Called them and they said they would try for the next day. Locked up dogs for a 2nd day, and no show again. Called them again upon no show and they said Thursday. They finally came that day but didn't show up at agreed time, 5:00. They called at 5:20 to say that the welder would be here in 15 -40 minutes. We stated it was getting dark and we had things to do. Was told that since we didn't need rollers, it would be discounted (person on phone). When they finally arrived after 6:00 it was too dark to do work. I agreed to Saturday morning, early. Was up early, the owner showed up at 10:00 am with hinges, said welder would be right here. Welder arrived around 10:30. When welder finished owners told him they would come for payment. Didn't come so we called them. We will be there between 4:00 and 6:00. 5:15, called to see when they are coming. They said we could pay by Venmo. Then proceeded to say no discount for the rollers because it was either 2 hinges on each side and rollers, or 3 hinges, no rollers. Quote says hinges 2x3, add rollers and drill concrete holes. They finally took off the rollers. We asked about guarantee. They said 90 days. The work order is written specifically for garage doors, so none of it pertains to any other work??? Just the mere fact we waited for them several times to show up to do business and to receive their pay shows me that they don't take business serious. We would have canceled, but we had paid a deposit. Buyer beware. Your time is worth nothing to them.
