They are here cleaning for the whole time that you are paying for and not skipping out early. The lady that cleans my house is very sweet and I feel very comfortable with her in my home. I feel so comfortable that I have left her alone in my home while I went to the gym. She always asks me to look around when she is through making sure nothing was missed. Two visits by this business (only because I was forced to). I've had my house cleaned professionally for YEARS and never have I experienced such poor quality work in my life. They left a paper stating what they did and to this day I stare at both of them and wonder how you can live with yourself by stating you did those checked things. Even the "mopped" floors were left with dirty streaks, seriously! Never smelt any type of cleaning agents in the house. I observed the girl cleaning the kitchen, literally used a wet cloth and nothing else. I could go on and on about what they "didn't" do....it was a joke! While we do a good job of keeping the house clean the wife and I were talking recently about wanting to have someone come in and do a really thorough deep clean of the house including all the stuff we hate like baseboards and behind appliances. I contacted MaidPro to get a quote and talked to Ruby. She was fantastic about explaining the whole process to me and giving me a clear and precise quote and start date. I was happy with the arrangement and went ahead and made the deal. 3 cleaners arrived in the designated window and I gave them a quick tour of the house and showed them what I needed. They set off on the job and not only finished in the agreed time but they exceeded my expectations. They were super thorough in cleaning everything from ceiling fans to the top of shelves and they even managed to clean off some buildup on the back corner tile in my bathroom that I had been trying to breakup for weeks, not sure what they used but man it worked wonders. The cleaners were all very friendly and kept me informed how it was going and even petted my dog who took to them well. I am very happy with the work and the price was very reasonable for what I got. I'll be using them again in the future for perhaps an annual deep clean. read more

Firstly, I love that I can enter all my info for a quote online, however when MaidPro called me to confirm, the actual cost was more than $400! Turns out the $170 quote was the "starting at" price. So I paid $170 for 3 hrs. I told them just do the kitchen & living room. OMG I check it out the next day and it looks like nothing was done. The walls were not touched, nor were the baseboards which is what I needed most. They don't clean appliances either except the microwave. I could've done a way better job. I honestly don't know what they even cleaned because it looked exactly as I left it. Terrible job. I wish I could have my money back. Just clean it yourself, trust me anyone can do a better job. One star for cleaning my microwave because that's the only thing I noticed they did. read more

While my wife was pregnant, and with me working, and a house with 2 young kids, we wanted to hire a home cleaning service to keep the house clean on a bi-weekly service. I used Yelp to locate a company with good reviews and seemed credible to use. That is how I came across MaidPro. I called and during my first call they set me up with a specific date. The date I requested they said they couldn't do because of it was already full, about a week or two in advance. So, I changed my work schedule/meetings to be present when they come over on the day they said they could only come out. About two days before I received a call from Ruby and was told they couldn't come on the day they told me they could only come out, instead they could only come out the day I had originally requested. It was too late for me to rearrange my meetings, so I was not able to be there during their initial "deep clean." The first visit was for 5.5 hours and they sent 3 maids to clean to get done before noon. After the clean up, I immediately called Ruby and showed her pictures of the house. It was not cleaned at all.So they sent a lady to redo the house all by herself the following Monday. This lady was here for 6 or so hours and even said she couldn't believe how three lady's missed so much, she had to do everything again on her own. Since she did a good job, we requested that she become our regular cleaner. We even set our days specifically around her schedule. Then the 2nd visit happened, or her regular bi-weekly visits, and we noticed that things were not getting cleaned but being marked off on their check off list. I mentioned it to Ruby. Then she came out again, and same issue. This time the cleaner said she needed more time because there was a China set that she was cleaning every glass. I showed pictures that this was not true, and we also mentioned not to clean them to begin with, but still none of the glasses were being cleaned as she tried saying. So the next visit they sent their supervisor out to clean to see if more time was needed. She did an OK job, still missed common areas and was marking them off as clean and said 3.5 hours was enough for 1 cleaner. So the next visit they sent a new girl who spoke English a little more, and She did a great job on her visit and explained things and the chemicals they used. She then became our regular cleaner but started noticing that she was missing areas but at least she was not marking them complete. Also during her visit she used something in our master shower on the tile wall, and it caused a huge stain on all sides. She even said herself I don't know why that happened, and we let it go seeing if regular cleaning would get rid of it. But it did not. She even called Ruby and their franchise owner Paul about it. She said Paul was going to call me and work it out, but never got that call from Paul. Of course the technician polished the wall but the stains didn't leave, and he only did one section, didn't touch the other sides. He also said the black spots were from leaks and couldn't be removed. I grabbed a brush, turned on hot water, and barely scrubbed the tile and the black marks came off. The tile holds back shower water after use, so I knew it was just something easy to clean. During our last visit, the regular cleaner told us Paul was coming out and she was sick. What normally took her 3 hours to do before mopping, was completed in 1 hour and I luckily went to check the rooms and found the entire living room not cleaned, no couches moved, no kids toy boxes moved, large amounts of areas not even swept or cleaned, shower dirty. I couldn't understand if this was because she was sick or because her boss was coming out. I showed Paul the tile and he did his best to remove the stain reaction, but said it was just perfect timing between cleaning and possibly the coating of the tile coming off. Just seemed out of place for it to have just happened though during that first visit from the new cleaner and not using bleach like the other cleaners did. I ended up having to re-clean the shower because the cleaner missed a lot of areas. With that being said, I called to cancel services and went with Peachy Clean. The owner came out and did a walk-through and showed her what was being regularly missed and the time constraint MaidPro had on these lady's and on their own for our house size. Prior to telling her that info, she told us that a house this size to be cleaned properly would need about 6 hours on a bi-weekly service, and at least 2 cleaners (3 to 3.5 hrs each). Which we agreed was about the average time for us to clean this house when we cleaned it ourselves. We were pleased with Ruby's efforts at MaidPro but every time we left the maids a tip, the follow up was bad. The company does a bad estimation of house cleaning by basing it off of square footage. They charged us based on SQ FT but didn't clean 1 room, also. read more

Well I am not getting any younger and the time has come to get some help keeping my house clean. None of my neighbors and friends knew anyone that did this time of work so my husband contacted a few places for estimates. MaidPro is not the cheapest but was affordable for us. We have someone come in twice a month. The first time they do a so called deep clean so the first time is more expensive. They quoted $200 but it was actually only about $176. After that it is less. Our normal bill is about $238 for the two visits. Our "maid" is Maria C. and she is great. She is a little shy as her English is a work in progress. She is very intelligent, friendly and hard working and has a killer smile. I would recommend her to anyone. read more

Maid Pro sent two ladies to clean my home 2-1/2 hours for each lady for a total of 5 hours. They were very slow and could not finish what I was told they could accomplish in that amount of time by the owner of the company. Maid Pro did allow them more time to try to get everything done and did not charge me but still they did not finish all the work they were suppose to do. I had to remind them to clean one of the toilet areas, they were leaving it still dirty and I was told they mopped one of the other bathroom floors and they did not. They did not clean my kitchen counters or sink and I made it easy for them to have access to clean the counters but they did not do it. I was very disappointed as when I was their age I could work circles around them. They were nice, but just very, very slow. I paid them, of course, but just won't use them again. read more

Maidpro cleaned the carpet in my chiropractic office and did a fantastic job. I have high traffic areas in the office that I didnt think looked that bad until they were cleaned, they now look as good as new. When I asked why, they said because they had to clean my shower and baseboards. That's what I asked for on the first quote for $120! Total bait-and-switch. Will never use again. They had a repressive come out to my house and go over everything I need. He was extremely professional and nice. He explained all the work they do in detail and also took notes of the things I wanted done on a regular basis. He made me feel like I will be getting service that's personalized to my specific needs. I've had several people come to clean my home before but none as professional. I always had problems in the past, things broken, areas not cleaned at all, just bad work in general. I don't believe I will have those problems again. They haven't actually come to clean yet but they will soon. After hearing the details of their secure system I feel completely comfortable leaving my home in their hands. And if I'm not satisfied with something, I just call them up and they come back to fix it. Although I don't believe I will have that issue. I found them on Yelp, and received quotes from them and a couple of other carpet cleaners, but the gentleman at MaidPro answered very promptly and very completely about his method and quoted me a great price. I decided to give them a try and I'm very glad I did. They arrived at our home when they said they'd arrive, and Justin explained very well exactly what they'd be doing. He asked if I had any specific concerns or spots that needed special treatment. They then got started and were very quick but also thorough. It was a nice day in November so we were able to open the windows and run a few fans and by evening the carpets were nearly dry, and by the next morning they were completely dry and looked great.
