This place started off good! The appetizers were good and the drinks were mediocre. We waited a while for our food but we were fine with it. My daughter ordered the skirt steak with shrimp and she loved it! She was devouring it until there was 1/4 of it left and she found a long black hair underneath it! My daughter's hair is super coily and brown so it wasn't hers. We waited for our waitress to come by to let her know but she was nowhere to be found so I got up to tell another waitress. She informed someone who we thought was the manager and he came over to apologize and asked if we wanted something else. We politely declined. Our waitress then came over and was apologetic and asked us if we wanted something else. We declined and told her to also cancel the order of steak quesadilla we had ordered. We were disgusted at that point and just wanted the check. After waiting more than 10 min for the waitress to bring the check, I went to look for her to ask her for it. She told me to come to the register to pay so I did, which I found strange. Usually, the bill is handed at the table. I went to the bar to pay and I see that the steak is still on the bill. When I asked the waitress why, she had the balls to say that my daughter had eaten the whole steak and the only thing left were fries. I told her that my daughter had not eaten the whole thing. She was definitely enjoying it and would've eaten the whole thing had she not found the hair in it. She then calls the guy from earlier to let him know that we wanted the meal off the bill! She proceeds to lie to him and tells him that the only thing on the plate were fries. I told him she was lying and that my daughter did in fact eat 3/4 of it and would've eaten the whole thing had it not been for the hair. He seemed more understanding and went and spoke to the "manager". He came back and said he got the ok to take it off. Because the waitress lied and acted as if that meal was taken out of her pocket, I refused to tip her! I'm big on customer service and big on tipping but she lied and it was wrong. I had no intention on not giving her a tip but she messed that up! Not to mention that when she initially served us her black hair was loose. She clipped it up at some point while serving us. If you're dealing with food you should not have your hair loose, either pull it all back or wear a hair net. read more
