Worst place ever. The guy at the carwash was very rude when I complained about the soap still in my car. I will never go back there again.

Can a company actually get away with this treatment?…read more So last year I moved into my apartment and needed oil, I have never dealt with this oil company in my life. I call, and the guy chews me out about how he does not want to service my apartment, how he has issues with my landlord and had issues with the previous tenant....I am completely thrown off, I thought a business would be PROFESSIONAL....no customer service here. So after explaining to him that I just moved in, he agrees to service the oil tank. Then, around september maybe, I get an agressive letter from B&B about how I have been going behind their back and getting oil elsewhere ( I haven't though?) and that they will never again service my unit. Here's the catch, they are one of the few places that will service Charlestown at all, as I have found out. So I figured I would call, and see what the deal is, why they seem to have this personal vendetta against myself and my landlord. I told the same unprofessional man on the phone my address..and he says... NO, I AM NOT INTERESTED IN SERVICING MYSTIC STREET IN ANY FORM...and HUNG UP. HOW did this individual get a job, let alone one of power to decide these things. If you can find another company, do it. You should not get scolded by an oil company for a problem they have with your Landlord, before you even moved in. I've gotten better treatment at McDonald's...THANKS B&B. I hope recession hits you hard. STEER CLEAR FOLKS!

I was flying back in through Boston. My tire blew, and at 1:00 a.m., i was helped. I cannot say…read moreenough how thankful I am. I was saved from a 2 hour wait for roadside assistance. This place deserves everything good and only the highest praise.

I've never read a review of a gas station in my life. When the lowering fuel indicator on my…read moredashboard starts bending towards empty, I've never felt the urge to fire up Yelp and begin perusing 5 star reviews. I just swing in to the nearest gas station and apply my unique talents to the problem at hand. Yet, here I am writing a review of a damn gas station. I just had to. The Massachusetts Turnpike (well, the "Mass Pike" for locals), for the 30 mile stretch between Marlborough and Boston, is probably the longest parking lot in the north east...hell, the whole country. I swear regular drivers bring picnics. The slow-ups and full stops are a persistent feature and, apart from a few lane-swapping lunatics, most drivers seem resigned to their delayed fate...late for whatever was the long forgotten reason for their journey. Unfortunately, flights out of Boston Logan require this ordeal as the price of escape. And it isn't funny. A 5pm departure from Marlborough to catch a 7pm departure from Logan is never the most sensible choice, especially when the rental car needs gas before returning it to the off-airport location. Which brings me to this particular gas station. It's the only one in the entire airport vicinity, and the thousands of drivers who stupidly booked departing flights at the time I did all have the same plan - battle the turnpike, fill with gas, drop car off at rental center, take the slowest ever bus shuttle to the terminal, dance through the security porno-scanner then sprint to the gate before collapsing in a limited legroom economy seat for 4 hours of abuse from United back to Denver. What could possibly go wrong? I've been to this gas station too many times. Prices are gougingly exhorbitant. There are a lot of pumps but not enough pumps. Cars enter the pump area from both directions. There are lines of about 20 cars pretending to queue up for each pump. But nothing of the sort. All semblance of respect for our fellow humans goes out of the window like spent fumes from an exhaust. Minor fender collisions are frequent...arguments break out...the "one-finger salute" is de rigeur. I've seen fights between drivers thought to be queue jumping. It's a veritable dogs breakfast. The roads in its vicinity are jammed with thirsty cars. Everyone is frustrated...everyone has a flight to catch. And then, in this expense report driven world, the satisfying "click" on the nozzle as the tank is full...return the nozzle to the holder and wait for receipt. "Please see the attendant for receipt". Missed flight. My advice. Don't every come here...ever. Fill up out of town...anywhere. This place is a disaster.

was a customer for 30yrs! I was always treated friendly and felt the work was good and average…read morecost. then they sold it and the staff changed... most of the mechanics in the back were still pretty good. after dropping my kids off to school I went in for routine inspection. filled up first to a friendly face. then pulled around for inspection. Sat down in the office and waited per usual. I had a pleasant conversation with a few other patrons. the snarly, looking obese white man that was sitting at the chair watching the news, of course fox 25 was on blast in the office. he was called back to converse about my inspection. He came back with an unwarranted attitude and said "your gonna fail you need tires". "the guy in the back said I needed to come tell you because he didn't want you to give him an attitude". After making comment about how much tires would cost me, the obese white man from the front then said I had a poor attitude and began to go back and forth with me like a child. I explained I had been coming there over 30 years even with my parents and that they would no longer receive my business and I haven't been back since. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the front desk guy. Very disappointed I had to find a new shop. Luckily there are other options closer to home For me. Also side note I got my inspection the same day different shop no new tires.
