So in addition to the unprofessionalism and flaking, the owner refuses to take accountability and is being dishonest with the response. I have all the communication back and forth with her . She was on her way at 1:30, I left the door open for her as I was at my storage unit with the movers. At 2:18 she messaged there was too much stuff. I attempted to call her back right away mind you and she let it go to voicemail. So I already knew she wasn't quite up to the task as she mentioned having to pick up her soon by 5pm in her text before. She texted there was simply too much stuff so she could not clean so I told her she could cancel as I did not want her cleaning and not doing a thorough job. Then my landlord charging me extra on my security deposit due to the lack of thoroughness. DO NOT HIRE if you are looking for honest, upfront and professional. If you're looking for a "professional" cleaner. Ana is not the one. It was moving out day for me and needed a professional cleaner. She came and told me there was too much "stuff" and it would take too much time. We are talking little things left behind by the movers, dishes I still needed to clean. You know? What a professional house cleaner would have typically worked around. Did she expect a clean house already to clean? Mind you, I live in a studio. LOL. Needless to say, I was left in a bind.
