This is by far the worst BevMo! location I've ever visited. The selection is limited, the staff…read moredoesn't seem to know what they're doing, and even the manager appeared uninterested in making a sale. I came in planning to make a large purchase of multiple bottles of tequila. BevMo! advertises that they price match Total Wine and other local competitors, so I expected that policy to be honored. Their bottle of Casa Dragones Blanco was priced at $20 more than every other retailer I checked. Since I've been a loyal BevMo! customer for years, I wanted to keep my business with them and requested a price match to $66. Instead of honoring the request, the manager argued that the closest store they would match was one in Huntington Beach, so that was the only price they would consider. It felt like they were more interested in arguing than earning a loyal customer's business. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business to Total Wine from now on. Better prices, a clearer price-matching policy, and hopefully a much better customer experience.

The reason for the low review is I went in for a type of whiskey they didn't have (fine) and they offered a different product that was supposed to be similar (also fine). The problem is that I looked up the item afterwards and this location charges about double the price of what you would normally spend on this "Japanese whiskey" (air quotes because further research shows that it's not a true Japanese whiskey). Is the whiskey good? Not sure but this review is to warn people to check on pricing and what items they want before going in to this location.

He was loudly humiliating him in public which was so sad because the guy hadn't broken any parking rules -- the spot said "15 minute parking" and wasn't in any way an exclusive parking spot for the liquor store, but rather for the entire shopping plaza in general (including Shake Shack). It seems like the store employee needs to take this up with the city rather than taking his aggression out on the local patrons.
