GABE was extremely rude. Terrible customer service!!!!!…read more My boyfriend and I arrived about 30 minutes after the tasting had started, and no one told us there was a two-hour limit. When the two hours were up, we were finishing our last glass when Gabe came over and aggressively started clearing our table and telling us to leave. When I explained that we weren't aware of the time limit, instead of simply explaining the policy, he was condescending and said, "You should know this. Everybody knows this" His attitude was completely unnecessary and incredibly disrespectful. He also appeared to have been drinking himself, which made his behavior even more uncomfortable. It's one thing to enforce a policy it's another to treat paying customers like they're being kicked out of the place. A simple heads-up when we arrived would have prevented the entire situation. My bf spends hundreds $$$ at this place. This was such a bad experience!!! I am very disappointed.

The reason for the low review is I went in for a type of whiskey they didn't have (fine) and they offered a different product that was supposed to be similar (also fine). The problem is that I looked up the item afterwards and this location charges about double the price of what you would normally spend on this "Japanese whiskey" (air quotes because further research shows that it's not a true Japanese whiskey). Is the whiskey good? Not sure but this review is to warn people to check on pricing and what items they want before going in to this location.

He was loudly humiliating him in public which was so sad because the guy hadn't broken any parking rules -- the spot said "15 minute parking" and wasn't in any way an exclusive parking spot for the liquor store, but rather for the entire shopping plaza in general (including Shake Shack). It seems like the store employee needs to take this up with the city rather than taking his aggression out on the local patrons. I know that I won't be giving this store my business after having witnessed that type of behavior.
