Our agent, Becky Bengel, was just an amazing professional who guided us every step of the way. She worked with us as out-of-state (CA) buyers and helped us to stay calm during some of our moving challenges and even provided assistance when our truck broke down in the Arizona desert! When making such a radical move, you really need an agent who truly CARES and who treats you like family. Becky is that person. She worked so hard to make our move and purchase as worry-free as possible. I also want to give a special shout-out to Maggie Bramwell, who was incredibly helpful, kind and encouraging throughout this process. I highly recommend Becky and the Tyson Group!

If I had to redo this experience, I would not choose this company. Communication was terrible, and…read morethey couldn't even provide the install dates I initially requested. Nathalie needs to improve her communication. However, the contractor they used did a great job with the installation. My experience is detailed below: I initially wanted my floors installed the week of June 16th, which was communicated during contract negotiations and agreed upon. After the deposit was paid, I was informed that they had to move us up to the week of June 2nd due to another installation. If we didn't accept that date, we would have had to wait until July. On the day the materials were delivered, we were not informed that they needed to be placed inside the house rather than in the garage, which caused issues due to other circumstances. On installation day, communication between the supplier, Floors Unlimited, and myself was terrible, resulting in an unnecessary argument. Lastly, regarding the final payment, Rebecca stated she would send the aftercare paperwork and invoice by mail. It has been two weeks, and I still have not received them. Receiving mail from a company less than 20 miles away should not take two weeks.

Mary Silver was our agent, but the "Team" is what made our transaction so easy and comfortable. This concept of experts in all the required fields of real estate transactions is what differentiates them from many other Real Estate companies. Everyone at D&TNB is interested in making you a part of their extended Team, because they know what customers say to their friends is extremely important. Mary helped us negotiate and led us through the process patiently, no matter how many questions we had! We really like that everyone from the pleasant and professional voice at the office phone number, to the friendly and helpful staff in the office, are there to solve your real estate challenges and make the process as smooth as possible, with no surprises. No hard sell, no pushy people, just smiles and helpfulness. You can tell they don't want a customer for one transaction. They're in it for the long haul!

This was the worse cleaning experience I've ever had. I hired them to clean before a major surgery…read moreI have scheduled. I never ask for a clean of my entire house only a few rooms. I gave Kate my list of services needed and she quoted me $475 for 7.5 hours. Now here is the problem the cleaner they sent Chole who cleaned very well and had a wonderful attitude and personality, she is the only reason they are getting one star. The problem was Chloe is new to the company and had never done a deep clean on the kitchen only and it took her much longer then anticipated. Now here is the kicker being by herself she only had a 1.5 hours to clean 4 areas upstairs. At 1p.m I attempted to let them know of my concerns I spoke to Lesyle who was a joke kept saying she was checking with Kate never heard from Kate although I was a new client and she knew I was having surgery and needed to have those areas cleaned. The bottom line is Kate comes off all nice and helpful to there is a problem then she is ghost and all you have is Leslye who has no common sense or business savvy just a buffer for Kate and not even good at that. I got a call saying Chole would be leaving at 4 which was about 20 minutes before and that I could buy more hours not taking ownership that what was happening, that learning training curb was not my fault. They are unethical and I think the whole situation was just about me paying for their error by purchasing more hours not that it took way to long downstairs for c Chole to be new, by herself and had never done this service before. They have a good rating cute ad but their customer service, compliance, and problem solving skills are horrible. There are better cleaning companies out there they are a joke!!!

I lived in this apartment complex for a year. The apartment was really nice and everything…read morebut.....our neighbors were TERRIBLE. We had a bottom apartment and they lady that lived above was sooooo loud.. it sounded like she was jumping up and down on the floors everyday all day. We could also hear her screaming and yelling 24/7. I think the most disturbing thing about her was that she would pile her trash up on her balcony(the top apt units have balconies) for a whole month..then...(this is the wierdest part).. then someone would drive around the back of the complex with a pickup truck and she would throw the trash bags down to him in his truck. Because she kept her trash bags like that we would get gnats in our apartment. it was disgusting. We called to complain about her several times but NOTHING was ever done the entire time we lived there. And if we ever had any friends over she would call the cops on us.. she was CRAZY. Ok so the only thing i can really blame the property management people on is that they didnt ever repremand her on those things. Also whenever they have to fix anything at the apartment they ask you if you would like to be home when the maintenance people come or if you would like them to come back if you are not home. I told them I MOST CERTAINLY wanted to be home. I do not like people in my home without me there. Anyways one day i was in my bedroom (i lived alone at this time) and I started to hear noises like someone was breaking in.. so I got my butcher knife(that i keep in my bedroom) and came out and the maintenance people were standing in my kitchen!!!...SMOKING!! they were smoking in my house and just walked right in! First of all they said that they rang the doorbell ....they didnt. Secondly I had requested if noone was home that no one is to come in .. and thats just what they did!! And last but not least when we finally moved out they gave us back a big whopping 0$ of our deposit!! Now let me tell you I was an ocd freak about cleaning that apartment. I never even let people walk in with shoes on! I kept it spotless the entire time I was living there. But I wanted to make sure it was EXTRA clean when we moved out. So I got down on my hands and knees to clean the entire space. We even steam cleaned the carpets(that didnt need to since they had no stains) I clean EVERYTHING!!! So you can imagine how enragingly mad i was that we got back ZERO dollars!!!!! So im rating this a 1 only because it is nice inside the apartment otherwise I would have given it a 0 for being absolutely ridiculously horrible!!!!
