They are very expensive and do more then you need to have done. I went in for a couple Broken teeth and then had a 5 thousand dollar bill.

The staff were all so incredibly friendly-- from the ladies at the front desk who helped me make an appointment and sign in to the patient and understanding nurse staff who took my X-Rays and went over the details with me, right down to the Dentist himself who asked me questions and patiently listened. They made me feel comfortable and didnt do anything without fully explaining and getting my approval to move forward. I've never felt so respected and valued as a patient-- a real person!-- before. What a wonderful team here. The place itself was very clean and modern which is also a huge plus and they helped me figure out my problem quickly, providing an insightful solution that was very careful to stay within my budget while offering satisfying options, moving forward. And as an added plus-- they even comped my visit as a gift because I happened to come in on my birth date! The experience I had here was incredible. Thank you, Dr Jeong and the entire Rightly Dental team! Highly recommend you all around!

A very courteous dentist who does his best to make the experience as easy as possible. Especially if you have high anxiety with dental work. Teeth extractions aren't the best first impression for a dentist. But Id recommend this guy to anyone who is looking for one or needs something done in an emergency.

From the start, she claimed to have reviewed my chart but immediately began correcting me about my own history. When I mentioned past experiences, she confidently "corrected" me about locations and details -- only to later be proven wrong. Instead of listening and focusing on my urgent pain, she was dismissive and condescending. She briefly looked in my mouth, ignored my obvious wisdom tooth pain, and instead focused on an old chipped tooth that hasn't caused me any issues for over a year. She told me a crown on that tooth should be my "biggest concern," wrote a prescription for antibiotics, handed me yet another referral for my wisdom teeth, and sent me on my way. The next day I had a cleaning with a different dentist, Dr. Bracha Ollech, who was the complete opposite: she immediately recognized that my wisdom teeth were decaying and personally called oral surgeons to help me get treatment quickly. On top of the poor care, Dr. Hira's bedside manner was extremely unprofessional. She laughed about my financial situation, made a snide remark about affording a $35 X-ray, and even commented that I "should get off my mommy's insurance" -- without knowing anything about my personal circumstances. She also gave me unsolicited, judgmental comments about birth control after prescribing antibiotics, without understanding that I'm on it for medical reasons (PCOS), not for "partying" as she implied. Overall, I left feeling humiliated, dismissed, and without the urgent care I needed. This was one of the worst dental experiences I've ever had. If you want a dentist who listens, cares, and treats patients with respect, I would not recommend Dr. Hira. Everybody else in the office is absolutely lovely and genuinely cares about their patients -- I owe a huge thank-you to Bracha Ollech, truly one of the best dentists I've ever been to.

And that's when it took a path different from any other dental exam I've ever had. The x-rays were shown on a screen so that I could see them. Clearly visible was a large cyst at the base of my jawline, below my teeth. I'd experienced pain in that spot for two years but never understood why. I never mentioned it to the dentist because I didn't think it had anything to do with my teeth. The cyst was in fact an infection that developed after I'd had a crown improperly fitted to the tooth above it. Dr. Radwan removed the cyst and the tooth and put in an implant. The implant looks and feels perfect. And gone is the throbbing pain of that awful cyst. In addition to excellent dental work, I promise the service you will receive from all members of staff will be courteous, kjnd, professional - top notch in every way. This is the best dentist practice I have ever been to. I highly recommend it!

Update: I have to update my review. I went in for fillings and was handled with an older dentist…read more In total, I probably went back and forth about 4-6 more times. This was due to him not being able to locate the cause of pain, as he claimed he had filled all cavities and that it can take up to "two weeks for the nerves to not be sensitive" post-filling. Eventually, he said I might need a root canal. Well, after wasting an incredible amount of time and gas I ended up finding another dentist. They located the hole in my filling and filled it, as well as the other cavities. They told me that was the source of pain and that I definitely didn't need a root canal. I don't have the issue anymore, it was fixed in one visit with another dentist. I was also told I had periodontitis and would require deep cleanings every 3 months. This was also false, as confirmed by other dentists I saw shortly after. My teeth are actually in great shape. When I called them to get my records, they tried to tell me they couldn't "release" them to me. I ended up getting them anyway. Horrible team and staff. They're CON ARTISTS.

Was then told that they didn't have any appointments for a number of months and to try the Goshen or Middletown offices. The Goshen office didn't have appointments until the end of the year so I called back the Monroe office. The same person told me they were discharging patients and to call back in a half hour. I called back in half an hour and when the woman found out who I was, she said sorry, they were closed and hung up on me. Not the way to impress a new patient.
