One of the very friendly staff members was right there to help me purchase a card and figure out how much to load based on what I needed to wash. She also helped me figure out the best machines for the amount of laundry I had. As I sit here, another staff member has been cleaning and wiping down machines. Parking is somewhat limited but I found a spot right away. I doubt the lot fills completely, and there is also a handicap spot right next to the door. The entrance is easy to find, and was greeted with the smell of fresh laundry and a big helpful hello by Priscilla, the employee. She talked and walked me through the process, and got me all set up. They sell laundry detergent by the pod, if you need it. There are plenty of large rolling baskets, and also plenty of table space for folding. The floor is clean slate tile, nicely done. Apparently you can use their laundry service, they will wash, dry and fold your clothes for you for a reasonable rate. You don't use coins for the machines, you have to use a laundry card, which they sell at a self-serve kiosk that takes cash or credit cards.

On a Tuesday after work when I went it wasn't too busy. Even if it was they have dozens and dozens of machines to use. They can accommodate up to 80 pound loads. Most of the machines are coin operated but they do have some that you are able to use a credit card for. Price ranges from $4.25 to $10.50 at the washing machines and the dryer is 25 cent for 5 min of drying time. Since they are industrial equipment hey do dry things very quickly. I had two loads that I was able to get done in a little over an hour. Inside they have plenty of laundry carts , a few vending machines, and soda dispensing vending machines if you happen to forget your laundry detergent. They have a ATM on site if you forget your cash. I am not sure of what the fees are though. They also have several bill changers that will take up to a $20 dollar bill. The only drawback I found during my visit was that the bathroom door didn't have a lock so use at your own risk. One attendant was working when I went but not sure of her hours. She remained diligent keeping the place tidy. I did not see any machines out of order. I will return because it's convenient and a decent price.
