Because of all their efforts, we were able to raise $5,800 for the foundation! Thank you!

The response was dismissive and included no empathy or apology, just a restatement that there are no refunds. The interaction which ensued included the owner threatening to withdraw funding from my organization! If that isn't an irrational response, I don't know what is. In my original refund request I hadn't even mentioned the very low quality of the item. Even with a discount, this was not worth the cheap material it's printed on. See pics of just how thin it is! I called a couple of weeks ago to set up and appointment to come in and look at apparel for screen printing. The person on the phone was very nice and seemed eager to help me. We set up an appointment on Wednesday 5/18/22 for me to come in at 11:30a. I received an email saying that he was excited to meet me and sent me a link to look at before hand. I showed up a few minutes early and was greeted by staff. I told them I was looking for Jay and had a meeting with him. They said that I could take a business card and that he had not been in all day and was not sure where he was. The staff was very friendly and was clearly embarrassed by the lack of communication on the business' end. I told him I would wait about 10 minutes and see if Jay showed up. I was super excited to look at options and even took off of work to come in. After 10 minutes, I was extremely frustrated. I looked at our email communication and sent an "I am here for our appointment" message. No response at all. I even called the number listed on the email address to see if I could get ahold of him. The number listed was the store number that I was already standing in. The sales person apologized and was very sincere. I walked around for awhile looking at apparel in the store but was very upset with being stood up for our meeting. It has been over a week and still no response. I was really hoping to use this location to screen print as I have heard great things from friends and family. I find it incredible unprofessional that no one has even reached out to apologize, let alone acknowledge that they missed our agreed time to meet.

You walk in and it's downstairs in the basement of the whole building. So it's a pretty large space.
