Good stuff they had when I went today: The deluxe Crock-Pot with digital timer for less than $30. Ink Cartridges for my printer, 3 for $25. 6 jumbo rolls of TP for $3.50. I take these and other purchases to the register, and ask the cashier, "So how long have you guys been here?" He says 4 years. Really? I had no idea. I've driven past it countless times. Based on the merchandise in stock today, I would assume at least 75% comes from Costco. Don't expect to find anything in particular- Enjoy the unexpected. I'll be back soon.

Before I could even tell her the details of my items, she quickly responded with "I'm not interested in anything you have." She then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I'm an understanding person, and I get it if business is not good right now, but there's a right and wrong way to speak to people. In my opinion, she is not very good with customer service.

The Commerce Street Market can be comparable to an indoor flea market consisting of many local vendors. However, much better than your average flea market. I looked at the photo of a dress they had gotten in, then continued to cyber stalk the place because I wanted to see more. I went through photo after photo saying to myself, "I want that. I need that. That is adorable." So, I woke up on this rainy Saturday, picked up my mom (who is always down for a shopping adventure) and made the trek out to Olive Branch. While the store is not in the town square, and a little off the beaten path, it wasn't too hard to find. I fell in love when I walked in! They had adorable clothes, cheap sunglasses, cute jewelry, tons of knick knacks and collegiate gift items. This is huge. I went to MS State (go dawgs) and they had some adorable items that I could definitely use in my home! While the other collegiate items didn't interest me, they had a variety of school stuff to choose from. I appreciate that, even though I am die hard fan of one team. I also appreciate how sweet the woman behind the counter was. You can't beat good customer service. Anyways I walked away with an adorable top and a cheap pair of sunglasses, but I WILL be back. And soon. I could do some damage in that store.

We visited Carriage Crossing this afternoon from Bartlett, TN, while visiting my sister. At only a…read more30-ish minute drive, we were looking for some great shopping, and this mall did not disappoint. This is a really convenient outdoor mall, and has a very aesthetic landscape. The buildings have updated brick and neutral tones, and the walkways are clean and flow well. There is a ton of parking, along with large walkways in both the parking lots and along each storefront. While there are a lot of vacant storefronts in need of unique businesses, all of the basics for a good shopping are here; Soma, Dillards, Barnes and Noble, American Eagle, and H&M, just to name a few. There are also surprisingly a lot of restaurants for such a small area. Although some of the walkways are shady and breezy, making for a chilly walk on days the weather drops below 70°, there is a lot of sunlight while walking around the complex. Not only is it a great place to shop, it's also a great place to grab a friend and/or your dog and take a nice stroll. We will definitely be back when we visit again, and we're looking forward to see what stores they bring to the Crossing.

This mall has seen better days as far as occupancy is concerned. It once had a very diverse selection of stores to choose from. Now days, not so much. Dillards is still here and it is still a good Dillards. You have no problems finding some help, getting what you need. It's probably the best Dill's around. I am glad it's still here because the side it's on is like 20% full at the most. It was bought recently and is trying really hard, but I don't know man. They are leasing to some strange tenants, like taekwondo and karate studios, and a (swear to god) Slime store. Like you make slime there. That is the whole thing. The old Macy's is now some scary furniture store. I think there are at least 4-9 squatters in that mug. Milano's is even gone now!!!! What???!!!! Why????? I'm seriously going to cry.
