Matt Iamundo and his group did a tremendous job on both large projects. For one, when Matt says he will be at the job at a given time he shows up on time. When he leaves he doesn't leave a mess. In fact, on the first day of our bathroom demo I thought he didn't show up until I walked into what was the former shell of our bathroom! He gets the job done in the agreed upon timeframe and in many cases he is ahead of schedule! He cleans up after the job and he's mindful that while work is being done, you still need a house to call home and things aren't left in disarray or full of dust and debris. His craftsmanship is superb and he does a terrific job pulling a project together. He is willing to make changes you request and will make recommendations as they relate to layout of tiling and the like. While I'm sorry to say we've likely run out of projects for Matt, I have recommended him to several friends who have been equally happy with his work who have in turn recommended him to others. I highly recommend Bayshore Remodeling and feel that anyone that uses this company will find they have a positive experience.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Samir! He is incredibly professional. Someone on…read moreFacebook recommended him to me when my kitchen cabinets had become worn and damaged in the corners. They either needed to be refinished or painted, and we decided to paint them. From the moment I reached out, Samir responded right away. He is an unbelievably good communicator. Because of scheduling and logistics, we did a lot of texting, and he promptly provided me with a detailed written estimate. Once I chose my color, he handled everything -- purchasing all the paint and supplies, and arriving with his assistant fully prepared. They carefully protected and taped off everything before starting. They were highly efficient, clearly experienced, and paid close attention to every detail. On the first day, they meticulously removed all the cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware, organizing everything carefully in containers. Then they sanded everything thoroughly. They took the doors with them, and just two days later returned to reinstall everything. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. My kitchen looks amazing, and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Samir!

I would like to separate out the work product from the service aspect. The work product you can seen from the pictures - our bathrooms are transformed. It's one thing to select nice finishes and materials and another thing to install them with care and quality. They delivered on both. Then, there is the service aspect. My wife was late into her pregnancy when we started the work and then we had a newborn and a young child too while the work was being finalized. Samir and team were so conscientious - there were times when we weren't even sure they were there because the were working so quietly. I recommend them without reservation and will turn to them for any future work we do.

He arranged a time to visit to take measurements and prepared a quote for us. We appreciated that he gave us advice, but allowed us to be creative and and use our preferred suppliers. He came out again to our house after we determined that we wanted his company to perform the work. We fine-tuned exactly what we wanted and set up a tentative date to begin work. After we got our items, we confirmed the start date. Stephen and Michael arrived promptly on the day work was scheduled to begin and demoed the bathroom. They arrived every morning at the same time and worked a full day and I'm not sure they even took breaks. They completely cleaned up at the end of each day and sectioned off the work area to minimize the dust throughout the house. The bathroom remodel was expertly performed and came out exactly as we had envisioned. I highly recommend Katamount Construction.
