I have to vehemently disagree with the previous reviewer! Jeff from Budget Blinds has been nothing…read morebut kind, smart, helpful and incredibly good at what he does. We've known Jeff and this Budget Blinds office for about 7 years now. We originally had basic shades and roman shades installed when we first moved in. We liked Jeff so much we ordered again just recently for some other windows in our house. We love how everything came out! Jeff has also done repairs for us and he's very prompt and professional. The other great thing is that Jeff is always guiding us to what is safe in terms of shades/cordless shades, especially important since we we have two small children. He's made sure to guide us with safe options. Before deciding on Budget Blinds we'd looked around so much. Everything was SO expensive and the designers we encountered were just too over the top for us. With Jeff and Budget Blinds we've found pretty and affordable solutions to decorate our home. I don't usually review things or people, but the negative review prompted me to write. As I said, we've been working with Jeff for years and think he's great! Keep up the good work, Jeff!

We love our new blinds from Garden State Blinds! They look really nice and were a reasonable price…read morefor the quality. We did three sets of windows and also a slider for the patio door. For two of the windows, we did the faux wood slated blinds, which is style we were familiar with. For our bedroom window, we tried something new, which is the honeycomb cell shade that blocks light and that can be slid from the top down or the bottom up. This is a wonderful feature for the bedroom so that we get the privacy of the lower part of the window being covered, but we're able to let in light and look outside through the top part. Something that really made this company easy to work with is that all the people I interacted with were amazingly accommodating and helpful. Starting with Vito Conforti, the president, and then his son Andrew, who came to our house for the initial consultation and showed me all the different samples and help me pick colors and styles. All the people who answered the phone and did scheduling and answered my questions were polite and helpful and quick to respond. The installer Zach was an impressive young man who worked through a challenging install situation. We had just moved in and a lot of our furniture and boxes were blocking access to the windows and Zach very kindly moved things for me and even help me break down boxes for recycling and stack them up. That is going above and beyond what he came here to do and I really appreciated his help and good attitude. Additionally, they gave us a tin of Dutch shortbread cookies which are my favorite. It's so refreshing do business with an independent family owned company. Everyone here puts all their heart into what they do and this really sets them apart from chain and franchise businesses. If you want blinds for your windows, come here, and I guarantee you will be very happy that you did.
