For two of the windows, we did the faux wood slated blinds, which is style we were familiar with. For our bedroom window, we tried something new, which is the honeycomb cell shade that blocks light and that can be slid from the top down or the bottom up. This is a wonderful feature for the bedroom so that we get the privacy of the lower part of the window being covered, but we're able to let in light and look outside through the top part. Something that really made this company easy to work with is that all the people I interacted with were amazingly accommodating and helpful. Starting with Vito Conforti, the president, and then his son Andrew, who came to our house for the initial consultation and showed me all the different samples and help me pick colors and styles. All the people who answered the phone and did scheduling and answered my questions were polite and helpful and quick to respond. The installer Zach was an impressive young man who worked through a challenging install situation. We had just moved in and a lot of our furniture and boxes were blocking access to the windows and Zach very kindly moved things for me and even help me break down boxes for recycling and stack them up. That is going above and beyond what he came here to do and I really appreciated his help and good attitude. Additionally, they gave us a tin of Dutch shortbread cookies which are my favorite. It's so refreshing do business with an independent family owned company. Everyone here puts all their heart into what they do and this really sets them apart from chain and franchise businesses. If you want blinds for your windows, come here, and I guarantee you will be very happy that you did.

Everyone here is very nice but beware when you make a service call. We have a phantom retractable…read morescreen. They say the parts are under warrantee but they have to make a service call. Our magnets did not work and screen slider hesitated. they told me they were going to take the screen off the track and clean, which they did not do. Basically I had to pay$127 for them to change the magnets and spray the track. They did not give me an option to buy their spray or send me the magnets and have a handyman put them on for 1/2 the price. If your magnets are not working , they can send them for free. You can buy their spray and save yourself a lot of money before you invest in a service call. Company was lovely and service guy was great but service took 5 minutes. They are a monopoly In Nj .. they are the only ones who service phantom so they can do whatever they want Just want to address comments below I send a video and pictures of my screen so they could have seen before hand if I needed a new mesh. There was no offer to just send magnets. They take advantage because they are the only ones who service this type of screen ..the screen can come out at the bottom edges the technician told me this is normal incase someone bumps into it. The company knows this but they send someone out anyway. Again this need Ed was a new magnet. You can do it yourself ..the screen at the edges are supposed to give Incase you push into,them . They obviously saw my pictures and did not say anything..I called the company afterwards and they did nothing it is nice to have a monopoly and do whatever you want
