I also noticed that many of their review responses appear to be generic AI-generated templates rather than personalized replies. For example, some responses contain distinctive em dashes and reference an email address that doesn't appear to belong to the company. Subaru Dealership sent a "courtesy video" upselling all kinds of suspension related issues - sway links, tie rods, control arm bushings etc. Quite an upsell ambush with zero clarity on magnitude of issue. Took it over here expecting/willing to pay a lot to have them assess it - but they nicely DROPPED EVERYTHING to come out, crawl under the car in the parking lot, and tell me I shouldn't worry because it's still in great shape, and clued me into what to lookout for. I know where I'll be coming for all future car service going forwards. Truly outstanding stuff - big for trust and awesome communication.
