I used to love this truck! Not sure if they possibly got a new chef but the quality of the food has not been the same. I would order from them pretty often and my food had always come fresh and fast. I had to give them a break as I got extremely sick once. I am not sure if the food was old or what the situation may have been but it wasn't good at all. I decided to give them another chance and I am sad to say that nothing improved. The meat in my sandwich had to have been sitting there for hours if not days the bread was as hard as a rock. The food that I received from here has to be the most disgusting food I have ever had delivered to me. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it smelled FOUL!! As soon as I opened it, I knew something was off... Good thing I was smart enough to open it and inspect what was actually inside of my quesadilla. I found something inside that almost made me throw up; it was slimey and stinky.  The second was part of my order, the grilled chicken with tostones, had to be at least a day old. Something didn't sit right after consuming and I never returned. As I was walking home one morning I saw the unsafe practices of this food truck. I call her immediately and told her the next day and she just burst out laughing. It's a must try it yourself spot.
