I ended up falling in love with a mermaid gown when I had only tried on A-lines at my previous fittings at two other shops. I felt so beautiful in it from the first fitting to my big day. They also offer alterations at similar pricing to my usual tailor (who charges fairly) - I did get a discount since a shipping delay resulted in my dress coming late which I greatly appreciated! The seamstress who worked on my dress was super sweet and experienced - the hem was perfect, the bodice fit so well I never worried about having to adjust my dress despite it being off-the-shoulder, and the American bustle held up super well (even me jumping around the dance floor couldn't do any damage). Their hours were a little unclear online and I had to wait a couple days for a response at times (usually because they were still waiting on something), but overall a wonderful experience!

As someone that is used to stressing about parking/paying for meters where I live, it was so nice to see plenty of free parking right outside the store. I had gone to a different bridal shop the past weekend to look at dresses and was pretty disappointed at the selection and at the customer service. This experience was such a night and day difference. I had an appointment for 12pm on Sunday and Ana was assisting me. I love how the store is set up - it looks like there is space for 3 separate bridal parties and it's set up in such a way that you can have privacy with your group. I brought my best friend and my sister to my appointment. From the beginning Ana made me feel welcome. I gave her some general ideas and she was really able to nail down what I liked. She was so incredibly patient and I didn't feel rushed at all. She must have brought me over 10 dresses to try on! I ended up finding a beautiful off the rack dress that I AM SO EXCITED TO WEAR that was well within my budget price point. I'm planning on getting the alterations done with Ferndales as the date gets closer to swap the zipper to a corset back and to add side sleeves. I cannot recommend Ferndales enough. There is a huge variety of different styles, fabrics, fits, across a variety of price points here and the customer service is absolutely amazing. Thank you to Ana and Ferndales for such a wonderful experience!!

I was glad my first choice dress was there because it ended up being my favorite on. However, Ana also brought me some dresses that had not been on my radar that also looked great on. She really helped me hone in on what I liked and decide on the best dress for me. When she gave her opinion, she wasn't pushy. I appreciated her insights and found them helpful when torn between two beautiful gowns. I can honestly say that her guidance resonated with me hours later when I was looking over photos and videos of the dresses. Thanks to her, I was able to see different possibilities with dresses and to feel more confident choosing my dress. I highly recommend this place. It's a family-run business. No frills, just a cozy place with cozy seats and authentic people to help out. The dress prices were fair and well under my budget. I'm grateful that I stumbled upon this gem of a bridal shop!

My daughter had been looking at many gowns in other shops and sent me pictures of herself in samples. Although they were priced super expensive, the quality of the fabric was terrible. I could see that the fabric weight and color on any of them were not the best choice at all. Who were they kidding? Because Judy has about 600-700 gowns available, both my daughter and I thought this shop would be a great baseline to compare with others,. We called and made an appt and arrived on the 21st. Apparently I got the month wrong because it was April 21st and I thought it was March 21st. NTL, Judy accommodated us later that day and my daughter was lucky enough to find the style she was looking for on the same day. Unlike the other samples in previous shops. the gown from Judy's shop was beautifully made and fit so well. The fabric weight and sheen were exactly what an experienced designer would want to show off their design. There was just no comparison to the others. Judy's service was excellent; She's very nice and an honest business woman with a lot of knowledge about this specialty. Let her help you with the process and be honest about where you are, what you know and don't know about shopping for gowns, what your expectations are as well as your budget so she can guide you with your specific needs. Her designer selections cover just about every style. And there is value to be found in a well made gown that is not overpriced. When you don't overpay, you do get more quality for your money and that is where the lesson of value is enhanced in luxury. You should feel confident and beautiful on your wedding day and be proud of your wedding gown choice. Thank you Judy so much for helping my daughter with her decision. We will see you again soon. I've been to quite a few bridal shops with friends over the years, and my experience at Styled by TC truly took the cake. I loved the complimentary champagne to start, but Hope, my stylist, was honestly one of the best parts of the entire experience. She is incredible and SO knowledgeable--from how dresses are cut and made, to knowing exactly what to pull based on what you're looking for, to picking up on the smallest cues from a bride and knowing when to change direction. She is a true professional and absolutely amazing at her craft. And their selection is incredible. Satin, lace, ball gowns, sheaths, reception mini dresses--you name it, they have it. Everything I tried on was beautiful, high quality, and felt so aligned with what I was looking for. I ended up finding my dress, but honestly, I could have chosen at least five of the dresses I tried on and been completely in love with any of them. That's how good their selection is! I spent the whole night in tears disappointed with my dress, it fit so terribly tight and didn't look like the beautiful dress I had picked originally. I found Rita through Yelp and called her the next morning at 9am in a panic. I told her I was having a wedding dress emergency and needed advice on how to make my dress fit better. She told me to come in 30 minutes. Rita was incredible from the moment I walked in. She took one look at my dress and seemed to understand what the issue was. She cut the back of my straps off, pulled my dress down and said see this is now at your natural waist now and it fits. The straps had been cut 2 inches too short and were pulling my dress too high up on my body. Rita found lace scraps in my bag, told me she'd reconstruct the straps with those scraps and you'd never notice. I picked up my dress from her the following morning at 9am and headed off to my wedding weekend feeling confident in my dress once again. When I did the dress reveal with my bridesmaids they all started chanting Rita's name!! I can't express my gratitude enough.
