I called the day of to schedule an appointment for the same day which I was happy to get. I arrived early to check in and wait for my scheduled time, rather than let me wait one of the staff members starts to wash my hair and gets me seated at one of the stations. So far being there I noticed how clean everything was and how the staff were wearing their masks and keeping a safe distance. The hairstylist Edel introduced herself and i was happy that the staff informed her that all i wanted was a trim, blowdry and flat iron. I hate going to places and they cut more than what you ask for do something that you didn't want with Edel that was not the case. She slowly cut the tips and showed me what she was cutting. After that she blow dried my hair so straight that I could've asked her not to flat iron but I enjoyed the work that she was doing. Staff: was very welcoming, warming and professional. They informed me that they do keratin which i will call and schedule next. Environment: Very clean, good music, friendly staff and customers. Result: My hair felt great and better than I expected. Definitely need to go back soon as my hair will thank me for it .

My blowout looked great, and my stylist took care to ask me what look I wanted and checked if I was ok with product in my hair. Upon making my appointment at this salon for a regular cut and blow, I specifically told the…read morereceptionist that I follow the curly girl method, and don't use sulfates, silicones and drying alcohols on my hair. She assured me they'd be able to accommodate me. I was optimistic when she said they'd also be able to diffuse my hair instead of blow drying it straight. I walked in for my appointment and heard the girls talking about my request like "what is the issue?" "is she allergic to it or just doesn't want to use it?" and had to get the products from the back to wash my hair. My hair was washed and I sat in the chair for a while, and by the time my stylist got to me, my hair was almost dry. Anyone with knowledge of curly hair knows it has to be styled while wet with gel and/or a curl cream. She did the cut which was good, making sure the length was what I wanted and took off the right amount. But then to style me, she put in some type or cream or oil in my 70% dry hair that was probably filled with silicones. She diffused my hair on high heat, scrunching from the ends first and not starting at the roots. She diffused me for like 5 minutes and my hair was still damp. It ended up looking very frizzy, kind of like Lucy when she left her perm in for too long. I told her myself I would have to rewash and style it myself at home. I'm lucky I had nowhere to go that day because it was bad. In summary, my hair is fine, but don't tell your customers you have knowledge of something when you just don't. I think this salon is OK for people with straight hair or those who don't care about ingredients. The girls before me looked gorgeous. But curly girls steer clear.

I visited this salon a few weeks ago when my boyfriend's brother was getting married. Being that I always wait until the last minute to get things done, getting a mani/pedi, waxing, blowout and makeup all in one day, was no different. I was not sure how I was going to pull this off or better yet if I was even going to get an appointment. I had made a last minute appointment a few days prior. Although they were pretty booked for the weekend, the girl that answered the phone (I believe her name was Haylee) did a great job accommodating me. She was also the one responsible for doing a single process on me about a month prior. ( I had decided to switch it up from a dark brown to a deep red and it turned out wonderful). A woman named Fabiola did my waxing, mani and pedi. I was very happy with the outcome of each! She was very sweet and time efficient. I take notice to the cleanliness of places, especially salons and I was happy to see that she used new wax on all of her clients. The manicure and pedicure stations were also clean and well kept. Lorriane was the lovely woman who did my makeup. Her flawless application and personality work in sync. She's an amazing makeup artist and endearing person, not to mention very patient. I usually do my own makeup, but for special events, parties or a wedding such as this, I preferred to have it professionally done. Last but not least, I received my blowout from a woman named Nella. (talk about a day of pampering!) Lets just say I wish I had her every morning to do my blowouts! She knew I was pressed for time at this point so she was quick but did a fantastic job. Overall, I am very happy with not only my services that I received at this salon, but the way I was treated by each and every person there that day.
