Back in February 2021 I took their microblading & shading course. I did so well with that, I came back this July 2022 to take teeth whitening, ombré brows, Candy lips, scalp pigmentation & phi removal! I am a woman of business and I only put my money where I know I will have a return. Ever since taking their courses I have mastered the skills and I have been making my return through my income. Daly, Eli, and the entire Arch Angels staff has been so helpful through every step of my journey. If I have questions before I take on a client, arch angels is there at every moment! They offer apprenticeships where I can go in and watch their clients and/or bring my own for them to watch me. This place is not a place where they teach, take your money, and send you your way. This place actually cares to know that you learned something from them & helps you in making your money from those skills. Master Daly has not only just taught my simple skills, she has invested her time in me. She has made me her student in real life and guided me, mentored me and has held my hand in every step of my learning process. If I call her, she answers at any time of day. If she doesn't, her team is available 24/7. If I need something, a material or supply, they have it available for me right away. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. If you are thinking about taking a course here or getting a service done... this is the place !!!! Daly and her team are so experienced, so knowledgeable, so welcoming & worth your money. I believe Daly has many many many certifications that she has gained over the years. Daly basically gave me her lifetime's worth of education and knowledge in such a little time period. One thing Daly did for me that I will forever be grateful for is: She let me see how she runs her business. Yes she taught me all these skills through these courses. But skills don't run a business.... Daly has let me see the behind the scenes and she has let me see how she handles her daily operations. She's taught me business skills literally for FREE. She did not have to go out of her way to reach me or tell me things about her personal business.... I can vouch that Master Daly CARES! This place is not just a business, this is a place where you are actually cared about. Daly, Eli, Marilyn, and the entire Arch Angels team are really ANGELS. Thank you for a lifetime's worth of skills.

Warning: Structural Asymmetry and Rushed Service…read more I chose this artist based on her portfolio, but the service I received was a major departure from professional standards. For a nearly $700 permanent facial tattoo, she performed the work freehand without industry-standard mapping tools (string/calipers). The entire session took only 30 minutes, which led to: Severe Asymmetry: The brows are vertically misaligned on my forehead. Geometric Errors: Mismatched arch peaks and tails that do not taper symmetrically. Inconsistent Technique: Harsh vertical strokes instead of the soft ombré transition requested in my reference photo. I attempted to resolve this amicably, but the artist blamed "natural asymmetry" and "healing" for what are clearly measurement errors. She refused a refund and asked for more money to "fix" it. Please be cautious. Once the ink is placed incorrectly, it is a permanent and expensive mistake to fix. I will have to pay to get this removed

GlowbyPhoebe (Fibby Harush) does injections here and I will also post conversations me and her had because I tried to resolve this well actually she reached out to me first after I posted the first review reviews on Google. I will be also speaking on news outlets about this, this week. I am leaving this review because I want other people considering cosmetic injections to have the opportunity to make an informed decision before booking. I went to Phoebe (Fibby Harush/GlowByPhoebe (only 2 years experience as an RN) for facial filler because I wanted a very specific, natural-looking result addressing a lift around the eye area. I provided photographs showing the appearance I was trying to achieve and explained where I wanted the filler placed (below and above my cheekbones), she never explained she could not address that area verbally at all. She confirmed about a week later, after I realized that the swelling is not going down and it felt like she injected into my cheekbones that she says that that's the only place that she injects so why wasn't I told that when I was there in my face? The filler was placed in areas of my cheekbones which I told explicitly to her that I do not want any filler in my cheekbones because I already have naturally high cheekbones. She made my face look significantly different from how it looked before treatment. I was extremely unhappy with the result and felt that the filler had been placed too prominently in the cheekbone area rather than achieving the more subtle correction I was seeking. I paid $800 in cash in addition to a $352 Groupon payment which waa taxed an extra 57$? I never been taxed before for Groupon. I did not receive a receipt for the $800 cash payment at the time. I have documentation regarding the transaction and the treatment. What was particularly upsetting was that I ultimately had to return to have the filler dissolved because I was so unhappy with the outcome. The fact that I had to undergo another procedure to correct a cosmetic treatment I had just paid for was extremely disappointing and stressful. Also I want to know that as of today I still feel lumps in my naso labial folds, and my line on the right side is extremely deeper than before I ever went there initially. I am posting my before-and-after photographs so that people can see the difference for themselves. I believe photographs are more useful than simply saying that I disliked the result, because they allow potential clients to compare the appearance before the treatment with the result afterward. I understand that cosmetic procedures can have different results for different people, and I am not claiming that everyone will have the same experience I did. This review is specifically about my experience. For me, the most important issue is that I went into this treatment with a particular aesthetic goal, it left my face completely aesthetically disabled . I would strongly recommend that anyone considering treatment do extensive research, carefully document their desired outcome, obtain receipts for every payment, and are completely comfortable with the treatment plan before proceeding.

As a busy mom, I stayed up late prepping my extensions and getting my hair ready exactly the way she instructed. I rearranged my entire schedule to be prepared for her arrival. The morning of my event, she simply never showed up. No text, no call, no warning -- nothing. I tried reaching her repeatedly, and her phone was completely off. She was totally unresponsive, and at that point I had to scramble last-minute on an important day. It created so much stress that should have never happened. What makes this even worse is that her Instagram account (kcbridalhair) is now disabled, which feels extremely shady and unprofessional. Between disappearing the day of the event, turning her phone off, and wiping her social media, it's clear this is not someone who cares about her clients or her reputation. I wasted my time, my energy, and my trust. I'm writing this so no one else gets blindsided or has their event ruined like I did. She is completely unreliable.
