The massage table was a portable one covered in paper, which didn't feel very professional or comfortable. Under the table, there was clutter and even a small trashcan, which made the space feel disorganized. During the session, I was asked to sit up mid-way so my back could be massaged, which felt awkward and far from relaxing. Overall, the experience did not match the $150 price tag. Not the royal experience they advertised. The eyelash lift was great for 24 hours; then like nothing happened

The front door doesn't even have proper signage and looks more like a run down strip mall than a spa. I was greeted by the front desk lady and she asked me to sign in and sign a consent. After that she proceeded to ask me for payment (before I even had my service done) and I said okay, but then she asked me for my driver license because she needed a copy. My red signals went off. I've had my eyebrows done at multiple places and not once have they asked for my DL. I'm not sure how they are getting away with this and it's sad that many people do not understand that this is the first step to identity theft. Please do not provide your personal information to this business, identity theft is very real and in FL a lot of these business do not have the security protocols in place to protect your information. Be warned and DO NOT go there! I've been to Bliss several times to do my nails with Cary, she always has done a great job! But…read morethis time I needed a hairdresser, mine that I had for many years, decided to go into another business. I wear a non common hair color called Light Plum that is only available at Sally's. Before making my appointment, I went in person to the salon & spoke to the owner, showed him what I wanted & he called Yadria, one of the colorist/ stylist & asked her if she can do my hair, she said yes! I came prepared with the box of the hair color tube that has the brand's name, name of color & color #. Told her that I get it from Sally's, she said yes, so I proceeded to make an appointment for the following week, giving her time to purchase the color. My appointment date came, & was greeted by receptionist & Cary that was waiting for me, she did my nails first & as always, I was very pleased with her work! Then went to Yandra that after greeting me told me that she went to Sally's near her, but they didn't have the color. Instead, she purchased another brand & different color from the hair supply next door on the same day that I was scheduled, she told me that later on. She gave an option; wait for her to get the color or take a chance with the one that she purchased. I had lots of gray showing, & by looking at the hair color box, it kind of resembled to mine. The procedure started, just by looking at the color I knew it was NOT similar to my color at all, she told to wait until the process is completed & my hair is washed. Another lady washed my hair & when I went I looked in the mirror I knew that was NOT what I wanted, it turned out way to light, plus part of my gray wasn't covered! I expressed my dissatisfaction & a coworker came to me with the hair color chart, she showed me several colors & pointed to one that she thought will resembled to my color. At this point, I was very upset, couldn't stay with the color that Yandra applied, so once more I agreed to have a 2nd color put on my hair. While Yandra was putting the color I noticed shades of red, I definitely didn't want that , I have been wearing red for a long time. My hair was washed & blow dried a bit, & I realized that again, it WAS NOT my color & NOT what I wanted, I previously shower a pic of my hair right after colored. I also told her that I needed a trim, she hardly cut any hair & apologized saying that she's not confortable working with brands that she doesn't know. I just let her blow dry my hair, I just wanted lo leave! I went to pay my bill, for Cary was the usual & left a $10.00 tip that receptionist promised to give to her tomorrow. My bill for the color fiasco was $115.00, my hair is short & very thin. I left her a$20.09 tip anyway & $5.00 for the girl that washed my hair, then I waked out almost in tears. Needles to say that I won't be coming back. I felt kind of disrespected, I was a new customer, Yandra could have been more attentive to my request in order to satisfy me by purchasing the right color! If the Sally's that she went didn't have the color, there are plenty of Sally's that she could have gone, even easier, order the color from the store she went, but apparently she didn't take the time to do so for her new customer. Signed, A very dissatisfied customer!

This is an art to her, she is so skilled and you can tell how happy it makes her to be able to transform her clients and make them happy. She gives you tips on how to upkeep your brows at home. She teaches so much. I just couldn't be happier with my brows today. So ecstatic to have found her. Go to her! You won't regret it. This is personalized, meticulous work and therefore I feel the price is just fine.

WARNING TO THE PUBLIC: This doctor is *NOT* a dermatologist.**…read more He is a board-certified radiologist, not a dermatologist. His marketing creates the strong impression of Harvard-level dermatology or aesthetic training, but his actual background is in **abdominal radiology**, not dermatology or aesthetic medicine. This matters because many patients--including myself--trusted him based on those claims. I spent **over $7,000** under his care, and my skin ended up significantly worse** than when I started. My hyperpigmentation intensified dramatically. I brought clear photo evidence to every single visit showing things were getting worse, yet I was repeatedly told it was "getting better." Instead of addressing the worsening results, he kept adding new, expensive treatments and selling additional high-priced products. When I tried to speak with him urgently about the reaction, he repeatedly avoided phone calls and the office insisted I "just come in" rather than discussing the problem. He also charged me a **$100 late fee** for being 15 minutes late to one single appointment--out of six total visits--something I've never experienced with any legitimate dermatology practice. He also sells SkinCeuticals products at full retail price with no discounts**, even though nearly every reputable dermatology office and major online retailers offer 10-15% off. It felt like every opportunity to charge more was taken. I deeply regret going to this practice. Now I must seek help from a real, board-certified dermatologist** to reverse the damage--likely at substantial additional cost. Patients deserve honest and transparent representation of a doctor's credentials. "Aesthetic physician" is **not** a recognized medical specialty. Any MD with prescribing authority can use that title without ever completing a dermatology residency. **Again--this doctor is NOT a dermatologist. To clarify: ChatGPT does NOT verify medical credentials. It pulls from webpages and online descriptions, and his marketing heavily influences search results. I did not realize this when I originally searched for a dermatologist using ChatGPT. Credential verification must be done through the state board: FL Dept of Health Practitioner Profile: (You may need to copy/paste because Yelp removes active links) [https://mqa-internet.doh.state.fl.us/MQASearchServices/HealthCareProviders/PractitionerProfilePrintFriendly?LicInd=114984&ProCde=1501](https://mqa-internet.doh.state.fl.us/MQASearchServices/HealthCareProviders/PractitionerProfilePrintFriendly?LicInd=114984&ProCde=1501) In my experience, it was evident he was not a dermatologist because my concerns were dismissed, my worsening results were ignored, and I was left with damaged skin and a significant financial loss. I strongly urge others to research thoroughly before trusting their skin to any provider whose advertised qualifications do not match their official training.

I have been going to Dr Shaun Patel for years. He's always done my dysport and some filler…read more I've been happy with his dysport but unfortunately the last time he injected some filler my lips were extremely bumpy and uneven. When I went to see him he claimed that that happens with age and there was nothing he could do about it. In fact he first tried to claim that he couldn't see what I was talking about. It was so bad I was embarrassed to go anywhere. Luckily I decided to chance it and saw another injector in my area. She saw what I did without me even telling her. She couldn't believe he told me it was an age thing. In her words it was "a bad injector" problem. After a couple of visits, with her dissolving and then refilling, my lips were back to normal. I also love that she doesn't try to sell me anything. Whereas doctor Patel addresses issues that don't bother you and gets you to buy all these creams and lasers that you never asked for. I would never see him again. I even managed to find a better (and cheaper) injector for Botox and dysport.
