I have very high standards for this profession as real estate is a big investment. Amy has performed above my expectations. Always returning calls, staying in touch with detailed emails. The market research she has done is exceptional. The most critical factor that she does exceedingly well is "listen". I can't tell you how many times a realtor / broker will tell me what they think I want to hear instead of just listening and understanding what I want. This has been a excellent experience and I highly recommend Amy Puto for a buyer or seller Broker / Relator.

I will not forget the 7 day closing we pulled off. Thank You Terry!

They had a complete lack of responsiveness. We call several times to get the wireless key to connect to the internet until we desists, so at the end we have to use our smart phones to navigate on the network. Last day, in the checkout they call the police department of Key Colony City to count heads to see if we have more persons that the ones included in the contract. Beside the very bad attitude of the police, in front our children, we were 8 instead of the 9 in the contract. Ridiculous!!! The agent, named Leslie Christensen, was the most un-professional real estate agent we had sought in our life (we were under the impression of a company in the 3rd world). As part of the checkout process, she started, in front of us, to look for reasons to take money from the deposit. At the end there were no reasons at all but you got the feeling of people stealing your money in front of your face. A week later we received the deposit back, and, as expected, they took 25% of the money with the simple reason the cleaning company have to use more laundry loads as the expected. How can be possible you can use more than the bath towels provides by the home owner? Of course, we tried to contact them with no response at all. We submitted a complaint to the BBB and are waiting for the process. This company doesn't care about their customers beyond the money they can take from their deposit. We DO NOT recommend this company at all. In the 20 years we have been in the keys, sometimes more than once in a year, we never sought something like this and unfortunately they ruined our week.

Drywall is completely bowed and been here for months. * Plumbing issues. (FIXED BY CO * There is plywood on ceiling in enclosed porch. Black mold is growing out of the hole. Coco Plum should have visited this unit prior to having guests stay here and there be ashamed to rent this property. Coco Plum did resolve our plumbing issue and attempted another cleaning. This home is disgustingly dirty and in drastic need to be gutted and updated complete with all new furnishings. That won't help the smell of the seagrass. What a lack of professionalism and ethical behavior.  Later on, the broker was extremely aggressive and threaten my agent.  If I had to list my home... I'd think twice before I use this company. Review for Roy Haase https://www.coldwellbanker.com/Coldwell-Banker-Schmitt-Real-Estate-Co.-11513c/Roy-Haase-7504689a We put a contract for a house he had listed. Mr. Haase wanted to get the entire commission (3% seller, 3% buyer), although I was represented by a licensed realtor (see texts in response to his request saying that my broker won't allow it.) On 6/2/20 Mr. Haase confirmed that the owner countered my offer to $625,000. On 6/6/20 Mr. Haase confirmed that the owner had signed the counter and faxed it to his office. On 6/7/20 Mr. Hasse said he didn't receive the fax. I am left wondering if he pushed another contract so he could get the 6% commission. If you are owner, watch out for this. In my view: UNETHICAL!! We need to stop those realtors that would only look at their earnings vs. doing what's ethical or follow the rules. IF I HAD TO LIST MY HOME I'D THINK TWICE BEFORE I LIST WITH THIS PERSON, what he does may hurt your interest. Mike Henry
