My hairdresser Denee has been my stylist over 10 years! I have not tried anyone else since I found her. She always styles my hair exactly as expected. Denee is always up to date on current trends. For the majority of my hair styling life I've had long layered mid back length hair. I have tried highlights, low lights, ombré, bayalage, you name it! Denee has done it all. I always get compliments on my hair and get asked for her info which I reluctantly give. Lol. Pros: awesome hairstylist with a great personality, beautiful and professional hairstyles, great location, salon atmosphere, prices, very accommodating, never cancels appointments and reliable. Cons: parking can be limited as the location is in a business center but there is plenty of street parking. Helpful advice: Ladies it's important to know how to style your own hair. Whether it be blow drying, curling or straightening, you have to know how to do it yourself. Denee will style your hair beautifully before walking out but you need to know how to style it afterwards. I have sent plenty of people there that have had an expectation just to wake up with the same hair styles for the days or months following. Truthfully, no one does. I take time to blow dry and style my hair to look as she left it the day of my visit. I highly recommend Denee. Appointments are required. She's typically booked two to three weeks in advance.

I left Denee's station with silky soft, shiny, amazing hair! The vibe in the salon is great! Everyone there seemed friendly and down-to-earth. Denee greeted me right on time and gave my hair undivided attention during my appointment. It was a relief from experiences at other places. She also finished the job in 2 1/2 hours! My hair is super long too (one of the last pics on here - I am wearing a pink sweater). All in all, great experience and I am sure to be back for products and more hair business very soon! Call Denee for your next hair appointment. You won't be disappointed! And you can't beat the pricing!

I've been so excited to leave this review! I live in Los…read moreAngeles CA and am visiting Springfield MO with the soul purpose of a hair appointment with Attie! Who if you don't know, is a hair MAGICIAN! Color, cuts, CURLY HAIR.. this girl can do it ALL. She takes her time and pays attention to detail when working on hair. I first met Attie when we were both living in Denver CO and that's when I learned about her powers. I had went to another stylest to get Bubblegum pink color on my curls, long story short I walked out of that appointment with cherry red hair. After the huge disappointment of spending hundreds of dollars on something I didn't ask for I ran into Attie, explained to her what happened and she immediately told me with full confidence that she can make it happen. AND SHE DID. She gave me the pink hair of my DREAMS and gave me an AMAZING CURLY CUT to match After the pink grew out I went to someone else in the new state I had moved to in hopes to get that pink back, another long story short.. I left with patchy color in my hair.. yellow, orange and pink. Another disappointment. After a lot of thinking about what I should do I realized the only guaranteed option.. TAKE A TRIP TO SEE ATTIE! I'm beyond excited to share these pictures of the masterpiece she's created on my head and definitely extatic for my round 2 of Bubblegum pink hair! Not that anyone needed that long story review for me to say that if your thinking about scheduling an appointment with Attie just DO IT, and if your in search of that amazing person to take your hair to the next level LOOK NO FURTHER! She's working at Blu Skies salon and incase I didn't say it enough already her name is ATTIE!!!!

She's always great at making conversation when cutting my hair and she is punctual with her appointments. She is super busy all the time so I tend to schedule during the week and book in advance. There was one time I saw another stylist but I wasn't as happy as with Lorena :). I definitely recommend her! Price at this salon for a hair cut is super reasonable, I've done the works here as well with bleaching, cut, color and styling and still they always have great prices that won't break the bank. Plus, the salon is super clean and so cute from the inside! Check it out!
