I did and not by one person but by several. I stated let me pay you directly and if I receive one more call, I am going to a different bank. They promised this was fixed. Bit miffed on the false advertising as nothing states you need an account nor there are "New Customer" Limits. Only thing they did was tell me places that would do the job.
