PLEASE HELP! They repoed my car where do I go to get my belongings out of it?

Hi Stephanie - if you haven't called the branch at (253) 240-1818, I recommend starting there. They would be able to get you in contact with the tow company that has the vehicle.

She Virtually took me by the hand, guided me through the process and within a few short minutes a dire situation for me was turned in to a positive one. She was my light in the dark. some might say "she was just doing her job " No! she went way beyond, and for that I am so grateful.. when someone takes the time (think it through) to really help another person in need. The impact it has on that person can mean so much more. I am so glad I called the Tacoma office and Dawn said come on in, let's see what we can do. and they did... I am not a customer of this company, but I had a concerning experience with a repossession agent…read morethey sent to my property. The agent came to my home looking for a vehicle that was not located there. I clearly informed him that this is private property, that I am not the borrower, and that the vehicle was not present. Despite that, he spoke over me, became increasingly aggressive, and stated he would return daily. He also refused to identify himself, his company, or who he represented when asked, which raised serious concerns. There was no reason to continue the interaction once it was made clear the borrower and vehicle were not at this address. The situation felt unnecessarily confrontational and could have been handled in a more professional and respectful manner. If this reflects how repossession activity is handled, it raises concerns about the company's professionalism and training of its agents. I strongly encourage this company to ensure their agents: Clearly identify themselves Respect private property boundaries De-escalate situations rather than escalate them This experience was stressful and avoidable.
