My score was horrible, and i was and still am, in the process of building my credit. I had very high interest rate (29.9%) but i was told this, upfront. This isn't their fault that i had crappy credit and i was in desperate need for a car, so i took what they gave me. Their phone fee is a bit steep (like $7 bucks or something) but i always pay online, and have never once had any issues with that either. I will admit i have made 2 late payments (i believe one was 2 days late, the other was 3 days late) they never called and harassed my friends or family or job. About 6 months into the loan, i did have issues with my car and they refinanced the loan and i took out a $1,000 loan added my to car loan to get my car fixed. My interest rate did drop down to 25%, my monthly payments went up by $50 but I'm still sitting at under $300 a month which is doable. I'm guessing all the negative reviews come from people who don't put their priorities first, pay late, don't keep in contact etc....if you're gunna be a few days late? Call them!!!! You have bad credit, take what you can and stop complaining. You put yourself here, now fix it!! My credit score has went up near 60 points since my loan here. I now have 3 other lines of credit, since getting a loan from this place, when previously, nobody else would even look at me because of my previous credit issues. The only reason i gave them 4 stars is because it does take a while to reach them when calling, I've sat on hold for over 10 minutes before, and i remember once, i called 4x in one day and i never got through. I ended up calling the next day. Also, they could be a bit more thorough when giving another loan and adding it to your car loan, i guess i thought it was 2 separate loans at the time and i wanted to pay off the $1,000 loan but was unable to, because it was roped in with my car. No biggie, i understood after it was explained on the phone later down the road.

I am not a customer of this company, but I had a concerning experience with a repossession agent…read morethey sent to my property. The agent came to my home looking for a vehicle that was not located there. I clearly informed him that this is private property, that I am not the borrower, and that the vehicle was not present. Despite that, he spoke over me, became increasingly aggressive, and stated he would return daily. He also refused to identify himself, his company, or who he represented when asked, which raised serious concerns. There was no reason to continue the interaction once it was made clear the borrower and vehicle were not at this address. The situation felt unnecessarily confrontational and could have been handled in a more professional and respectful manner. If this reflects how repossession activity is handled, it raises concerns about the company's professionalism and training of its agents. I strongly encourage this company to ensure their agents: Clearly identify themselves Respect private property boundaries De-escalate situations rather than escalate them This experience was stressful and avoidable.
