While I may not be in the insurance industry I can read and do basic math comfortably. Statefarm costs me more for less coverage numbers, other company costs me less with bigger coverage numbers. Me. Customer. Me. Happy. Number. Small. If you actually intend to inform customers and help your customer base make a more informed decision, try providing an explanation that has actually information instead of fearmonger the unknown. Why? The customer service! In an age of call centers and impersonal transactions with companies, Dan Knoll Insurance stands out. Before I set up automatic payment, occasionally I would miss a payment. An actual local agent would call me and remind me, take my payment over the phone and they are always friendly. Now comes the best story I have. On Friday, after business hours, I was in an accident. I was scared, unsure of what to do, and didn't have my most recent insurance card with me. I called and it went to the State Farm number and I was on hold for a long time. I hung up and called again, and who picks up, Dan Knoll himself! He was so nice and reassuring and told me what to do.
