They refused to give me back any documents I handed them including my bank statements, copy of my drivers license, copy of my registration, etc. The staff member was nice until I asked for my documents back, she rudely let me know they would shred the documents. I requested she hand me the documents again then she reminded me they have them on email anyway and still refused to hand over my personal documents. I found the process to be difficult, time consuming and at the end rude.

All offices and phone staff are friendly and can easily retrieve all the info to make changes smooth. And a big bonus is how the company created very flexible terms so any changes can be handled easily including extensions of loans or getting news ones fast. They said it was company policy to reject the use of DailyPay, even tho their sole focus should have just been on my pay stubs and gross/net income. I'm writing this to give fair warning to anyone using their companies third party payroll. distributor that pays them their cheques to avoid use of Nevada Title and Payday Loans as they will just refuse you service and not give you the loan. Their managers can't override it. I just spoke with a manager and confirmed this. The problem I have is that I deleted the ACH part of my account to get funds delivered to my debit card. Should be the same thing, right? It's not. Their system decided to use ACH (did I not mention I had already deleted it) so I can't get my funds until Tuesday. There is nothing you can do at this point because of their "system". Move on friends. There are a lot more places to get payday loans.
