We decided to comeback for dessert and I am so glad we did. One of my friends warned me cheesecake in Europe (especially Germany) does not always taste like cheesecake in the USA, because many bakers use quark instead of cream cheese. Well, Copenhagen is awesome and this adorable cafe with amazing cheesecake that does taste like my favorite cheesecake in the USA, made my trip. I tried the chocolate genache cheesecake and my husband ordered the pecan carmel cheesecake. Our friends ordered the tiramisu cheesecake. All three were absolutely delicious.
