Ever since our cat got sick in November we have switched to the higher quality food and treats that Mondou sells. Our cat is a fussy eater and sometimes the treats we buy there she doesn't like but Mondou has a policy that you can bring treats, not canned food, back for a refund and they donate it to pet shelters which I think is awesome. We also bought a huge kitty condo for our cat there and she loves it. It is not a flimsy condo that you find in most places but solid. Yes,it was expensive but so worth it as it does not wobble like most of the condos we checked out. And we bought her travel cage there which is nice and big so she has room to move around in it. The personnel are always helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this Mondou to anyone and have.

They provide food, liter, toys, mini furniture and more for pets. The store is small, but feels lively! The best part of entering this boutique is that you are welcomed by a beautiful dog Callie. She is so well behaved, her eyes are so adorable, they just simply steal your heart. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are super knowledgeable about every single products. You can see their love and passion towards animals. What's so best about this boutique when you can buy supplies for your pets from Walmart or Canadian Tire or somewhere else... For example, the food for my cats that I buy are biological and they are easy on their digestive system. The liter that I get is odor locked...after my cats' business done, the surrounding of liter box do not smell. These are my main products that I purchase almost every month and half. It's so amazing how the products last so long. I will be honest, the products are slightly expensive, but for the health and love of your pets, it's worth it. This isn't a shop that was built for the sole purpose of turning a buck, but because they are truly passionate about their product. I learn new things about my pet all the time by visiting here. Second, just as they care about their animals, they care about their customers. I have a crazy life; I'm frequently (see: weekly) being sent out of country for work, to include overseas, and Pawse has been there for me every step of the way. Their delivery service is an absolute life-saver for our family. Finally, their pricing. I upgraded my food by coming here, and still save money week after week. They're definitely not giving anything away, but they're also not being beat out in regards to price by anywhere else in Montreal. This is truly a one-stop-shop. 10/10. Thanks Pawse.

There is also a little gift section, such as pillow cushions and bags for a hardcore animal lover. The hubs and I stopped by, seeing if we could find anything for our baby pup, but the items seem to be geared more for cat owners rather than dog owners. There were some cute fish-designed water and food bowls, and I enjoyed seeing a pug-pictured cushion pillow. There were some baked snacks for pets as well, but we had to pass on those as they would have gone stale during the remainder of our trip. I like that I can pop in on my way home from work to pick up a bag of food for my cat. Friendly but non intrusive service makes it a delight to shop here. They have a loyalty system in place where they take down your phone number and track your purchases. When you hit a certain amount ($100, I think) you get a discount. I'm happy with any sort of discount, and not having to tuck yet another card into my wallet is a good thing.

COVID review for Animalerie Little Bear!…read more There are a LOT of things in this shop. There is a huge variety of food, treats, toys and other goodies for your four legged friend. As a result, it's very popular and has many visitors who also bring their other four legged friends. I think when we went there were at least five dogs who visited. This means that it is a little bit tight and I feel like there should be more reinforcement when it comes to the number of people in the shop. Prices were decent. Like I mentioned, they have a lot of things so pretty much everything you can think of, they likely have a product for your furry friend. The only qualm I have is some of the quality of their Christmas products weren't very good and as soon as I tried it at home for our cat, it broke. Despite this, I still liked the products. Service is also quite nice! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They also seemed very knowledgeable and eager to help you!
