Open to helping but not trying to push sales. Very knowledgeable and straight forward but without the attitude that I find comes from most other pet food "boutiques". I left with food and treats knowing that I can order in my food next time around with a simple phone call. I was also impressed with their offerings for everything from obedience training to cat boarding. If I were stuck with no one to house sit I would certainly feel at easy dropping off my little monsters.

Like I mentioned, they have a lot of things so pretty much everything you can think of, they likely have a product for your furry friend. There are some local Montreal products, and even cups and mugs for the " pawrents "! It's a bit of a small location so there isn't much space. I think the maximum amount of people should be announced on the door to let people stay outside to wait before going inside. All the staff were wearing proper masks which is great. The staff were super helpful! The one person helping us was super attentive and informative. He let us know about certain products and recommended certain foods, but never forced anything on us which was nice. The one food recommendation he gave us was AWESOME for our cat. She loved it! Everyone was also very nice to Kimchi! Prices are reasonable considering it's a pretty posh boutique and in a very hip location close to downtown.
