I have a crazy life; I'm frequently (see: weekly) being sent out of country for work, to include overseas, and Pawse has been there for me every step of the way. Two women employees were talking about their love life for a long time. Everyone in the store was staring as well. Usually when you see a potential customer bent over awwwing at the cage of guinea pigs you would come up and strike up a conversation hoping to make a sale. I know more about how long she's been single then how old The baby guineas were. Love coming by to visit and look for little furry love bugs to buy. Hope next time it's better.

As a result, it's very popular and has many visitors who also bring their other four legged friends. I think when we went there were at least five dogs who visited. This means that it is a little bit tight and I feel like there should be more reinforcement when it comes to the number of people in the shop. Prices were decent. Like I mentioned, they have a lot of things so pretty much everything you can think of, they likely have a product for your furry friend. The only qualm I have is some of the quality of their Christmas products weren't very good and as soon as I tried it at home for our cat, it broke. Despite this, I still liked the products. Service is also quite nice! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They also seemed very knowledgeable and eager to help you!

Store in front, grooming in the back. Hamid is an obvious dog lover and is a groomer who does a fabulous job of all aspects of dog grooming. When we dropped Owen off we were not allowed to see the grounds which should have been our first indication that something was different. Owen was there for a quick four days. When we brought him home we noticed dried blood and dozens of scabs on and around his head and neck and tiny swollen bumps all over his belly. The staff hadn't mentioned anything when we picked him up so we called several times, each time we were told that the management was unavailable. None of our calls or messages were ever returned. It turns out he had contracted a skin infection while he was there. Vet bills have cost us upwards of $1000 to get rid of this infection with testing and constant antibiotics. This place is far from cheap. We certainly expected better care and service and our calls have still not been returned in regards to all of the cuts and scabs on his head. Needless to say, we WILL NOT be going back to MUZO!
