Ever since our cat got sick in November we have switched to the higher quality food and treats that Mondou sells. Our cat is a fussy eater and sometimes the treats we buy there she doesn't like but Mondou has a policy that you can bring treats,not canned food,back for a refund and they donate it to pet shelters which I think is awesome. We also bought a huge kitty condo for our cat there and she loves it. It is not a flimsy condo that you find in most places but solid. Yes,it was expensive but so worth it as it does not wobble like most of the condos we checked out. And we bought her travel cage there which is nice and big so she has room to move around in it. The personnel are always helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this Mondou to anyone and have.

He is another member of the family and we wanted only the best for him, somewhere where he would be spoiled and pampered. We found Muzo online and it looked great. When we dropped Owen off we were not allowed to see the grounds which should have been our first indication that something was different. Owen was there for a quick four days. When we brought him home we noticed dried blood and dozens of scabs on and around his head and neck and tiny swollen bumps all over his belly. The staff hadn't mentioned anything when we picked him up so we called several times, each time we were told that the management was unavailable. None of our calls or messages were ever returned. It turns out he had contracted a skin infection while he was there. Vet bills have cost us upwards of $1000 to get rid of this infection with testing and constant antibiotics. This place is far from cheap. We certainly expected better care and service and our calls have still not been returned in regards to all of the cuts and scabs on his head. Needless to say, we WILL NOT be going back to MUZO!
