I was in the area for an event and decided to check the salon out. I was very impressed! It was very clean, the team was friendly, and they provided great service. I had one of the best pedicures I've had in a while from Kim. She was very thorough. Mimi did my no chip manicure while I was getting my pedicure. I got standard polish on my toes and no chip on my nails. Sadly it has only been three days and my nails have already chipped, but the experience itself was great. Highly reccomend. read more

This salon is a hidden gem! Located close to Yorktown Mall, but tucked away. When I entered, I was immediately greeted and offered a complimentary beverage. I chose water since it was a hot day, but you could choose lemonade, iced coffee, tea, and more. I thought that was a nice touch! My tech was Andy, and he was friendly and thorough. This was my first dip manicure (I've only had no chip), and he explained it to me and answered questions I had. Came back after a good experience the first time unfortunately the work is inconsistent. My nails were sloppy and the shape was not sharp. The color did not match the swatch I asked for. My tech did not use words and instead would shove my hands to let me know when I could put them under the light. The hand massage was actually painful and I had to pull away. The front kitchen area where they prepare drinks looks a mess and the flies throughout the place is off putting. The ladies look like they knew what they were doing and friendly but I was not happy with my tech and service. A $70 fill in should look clean. Unfortunately this place wants to look upscale but the skills are not upscale. read more

NO LENGTH- I actually CUT DOWN my nails. If you're someone who gets occasional nails service done you might enjoy but if you're a regular nail client this doesn't seem reasonable or somewhere I'd go routinely. I love the decor and cleanliness of this spa. It was so relaxing and surprisingly it didn't have a strong odor like most salons do. You can book online which is also super easy and much appreciated! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I had the Oat Milk And Brown Sugar Pedicure: Purifying soak baths to cleanse and soothe the skin. A detox masque to cleanse the skin of impurities, excess oil, and toxins. A gentle exfoliation using our sugar scrub. Callus treatment to smooth rough patches. Steam massage to relax muscles and enhance circulation. Warm towel wrap and paraffin wax treatment will melt away your worries and soothe your tired feet. I highly recommend this one. They scrub my legs with actual oranges and milk. It was really nice! I also really like getting calluses removed and the paraffin wax. My only complaint is I wanted a little bit more done with the callus removal. Next time I will just tell them that. The massage chairs are excellent. Overall, I'm happy with my pedicure and it was a very relaxing experience. I will be back! read more

I asked for gel X nails, and they did not give me gel X nails. While the nails looked pretty, they were not done the way I wanted. My nail tech demanded how she was going to do my nails and she did them with regular fucking gel, not gel X, and they peeled off after only a week after I paid $100 for them. My normal nail tech who was out of town, the reason I went here, when she does my gel X nails they last for over three weeks just for reference. I also asked for a Matcha at the beginning when someone took my drink order and never received it. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER. read more

I'm conflicted leaving this review but overall my experience left me very frustrated. After a hard week, I decided to treat myself to a pedicure. This place has excellent reviews. I called and they were able to accommodate me. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, they have an excellent selection of polishes, and the pedicure was good. Unfortunately, while plugging in the steam machine, the nail technician knocked the deep purple bottle of nail polish off of the arm rest and it shattered on the floor and splattered extensively on my shoes. It was an accident, accidents happen. I was disappointed as I really like these sneakers, but I wasn't angry. I even offered to help clean them with nail polish remover while I got my service. Someone who I assume was the manager and/or owner took my shoes and tried to clean them for a few minutes before leaving them to attend to another task. When I checked out (after being there for almost two hours) I asked the woman at the front (who I also assume to be the manager and/or co-owner) what to do about my shoes. She advised me to try bleach or nail polish remover and it would come right now. The shoes are white leather and grey suede: which would be ruined by bleach or acetone. I was given a 10% discount for being a first time client and left with my staineshoes. In total: I am out $200 between the cost of the service, the cash tip I left, and my ruined shoes. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience ended up being uncomfortable and awkward and now I have to decide whether I want to devote a couple of hours to the futile task of trying to get the dark purple polish out of my shoes or whether I should just throw them out. I think this is probably a good place to get your nails done but I can't help but feel that the customer service and accountability for their mistakes is lacking. I was visiting from New York on a work trip and wanted some me time (have been on tour for about 5.5 weeks) needed a self care day. They didn't miss a beat I got the deluxe pedicure and a gel x manicure. I was offered water and snacks. Not just once and not an annoying amount of times. Literally a perfect amount of times. Now, Im super particular about my nails and my nail tech Jessica had the patience of a saint. Told me to my face that what I wanted was a waste of money and she was 100 percent correct. We ended up doing something super cute and very me. The prices are so reasonable. Again.. I'm from the over priced hell hole that is NY where a Gel X manicure easily 150 dollars.. the entire serve plus tip was 140. Thats a manicure, spa pedicure and tip. The pedicure was called Oat Milk and Brown Sugar pedicure which had a luxurious steam treatment for my legs and feet - so moisturizing and relaxing! The staff is great - Myra was wonderful! My nails always look great when I get them done- natural nails with a dip. I go every 3 weeks due to outgrowth. This was my first manicure at this shop, manicure started peeling two days later, but by that time, I was out of town. I called and was told I had to return within 7 days, but I told them I would be out of town for the week, and they said they would not do anything. By the time I got home, the polish was peeling from the tips of several of my nails. I have no idea why, and this is the shortest-lasting manicure that I have ever had. On the plus side, everyone was kind and the place was very clean. I would not recommend having your nails done here. read more

Tried a deluxe pedicure for the first time. Big color selection for polish. The vibe is very chill, high end and relaxing. They offer you a nice selection of beverages at the start of the service. I almost napped in the massage chair. Pedicure was top notch. The massage for my feet and legs was great. Place was VERY clean. They charge a convenience fee for credit card like most places so bring cash if that's important to you! I will be back! read more

I made an appointment with Chloe and showed up on time. They told me I had to wait 15min so I asked if someone could take off my nails while I wait. Lindsey ended up taking my nails and then I sat there and waited 50min until somebody came and sat down. I see that Chloe has taken a new client instead of going to me so I asked the lady why I did not get Chloe when I requested her and showed up on time. She ended up going to talk to the owner and Chloe ended up coming to do my nails. When it came time to pay, she told me she was charging me based on the amount of time I spent in the salon which was a little over 3hrs. I would have understood that except that half the time was me just sitting there waiting for someone to come help me. I said that and then she started yelling and cussing at me to the point that Lindsey had to step in. The situation was eventually resolved but I find it insane that after waiting that long that one of their employees had the audacity to scream at me for voicing my concern. I will never come back to this salon, they have no respect for their clients. I don't think employees like that should be working and bringing shame to your salon. Calling clients "bitch" or "trash" is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Are you really planning on keeping such an employee? This kind of behavior not only disrespects clients but also seriously harms your salon's reputation. I hope you take appropriate action and make sure incidents like this never happen again. read more
