I asked for part of my deposit back as she has done nothing in terms of planning for my wedding and unsurprisingly she has not responded. Your wedding coordinator is supposed to relieve stress, not cause you stress. I'm only glad this happened now and not a week before the wedding so that I can find a wedding coordinator who is actually willing to do their job.

After the ceremony they were kind and smart enough to set aside some appetizers for my wife and I to enjoy in our room while we took a quick breather. We were too busy with pictures to have enjoyed them otherwise. They let us know when it was time to go down for dinner, which we had opted to do outside. We had some bad luck, and it was very hot and sunny - so much so that we decided we needed to move the dinner inside, and Kyro and her team got it all sorted in minutes.
