The facial was phenomenal and it included a massage on shoulders, Arms and legs. I loved that it had heated pads where I was laying down. They had relaxing music as well. Very welcoming and they made me welcomed. It was explained to me every step of the way, what was being add to my face during the facial. I will definitely be coming back in the future. (I have probably been here at least…read more10 times give or take) I called seven minutes before my appointment to let them know I was running late due to construction and would be about 10 minutes behind. She informed me that they would like me to be on time. I explained to her on the phone that the person that waxed me said they had a 10 minute window. You could be up to 10 minutes late and she said OK. No one told me they wouldn't be able to see me or that I should turn around. Instead, they let me drive all the way there, walk in the door, and then immediately told me they refused to do the waxing service. I realized I was late but the person I use to wax me told me last time I spoke with her said that they would only wait 10 minutes. So with the advanced (I know 7 minutes is not advanced but that is when I found out about the construction delays) To make things worse, they still wanted to charge me 50% of the service fee even though I had communicated ahead of time and was only 10 minutes late. I understand businesses have policies, (I own two businesses) but the lack of communication and customer service was frustrating and inconsiderate. If one of my employees told one of my customers a timeframe, even if I did not agree with it as the business owner, if my employee informed a customer of that, I would honor it. I lost two hours of work. This is not the first time I have had problems here. Someone I know went in for a wax and they didn't have enough wax and started waxing her and asked her if she could come back on a different day to finish it because they didn't have enough wax. She wasn't compensated and she lives 45 minutes away and was flying out on vacation the next day! I've had the same hairdresser for 15 years the same dog groomer for closer to 20 years the same nail person for years. I have never had a problem with any of those ongoing appointments. I have never not had a bad experience at the wellness shop in Orting, Washington. (not with the waxer with the company) When I called to complain, when I was leaving, they let it go to voicemail and then disconnected my call halfway through and then the owner called me and informed me I was only to speak to her, and I wasn't welcome back. I have no intention of ever going back! FYI. This is only the second bad review I have ever written. I'm sure people have had good experiences here and my Waxing was a good experience that's why I kept going back but customer service and how the rules change every time you come there is very unacceptable.

The front desk staff tried to make things right and explained it was due to a new insurance policy, which I understood. However, the golf ranger later came back and seemed like he was trying to pick a fight. This was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. That employee should not be representing this course. There are plenty of other golf courses out there -- save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Then they built the 9 hole course. Everything changed. Worst of all they flipped the front and back nines. It ruined the fun. Suddenly you finish on the hardest hole instead of the easiest. This park is very beautiful! It used to be a church, but has since been taken over as a community…read morerec center and park. The park is huge! There is a small well-kept playground with restrooms. They have a big open grassy circle with a paved path around it for those who would like to skate/bike/walk, and there's a sign to tell you how many times around is a mile. They have a really big fenced off area with trees and lots of room to run for dogs! There are also gravel trails around little ponds to explore. They have done a really nice job cultivating this for the community! There is a big open grassy area behind the community center too, can't wait to see what it turns in to! My little sausage dog loved coming here to explore the trails. The only down side is that the ponds can attract some geese and all the droppings that come with them. The caretakers do a nice job of trying to keep it clean, but this kind of thing is expected. This problem can be avoided if you don't go around the pond; the rest of the park is pretty immaculate.
