I thought the redness would go away the next day. But it looked and felt like a sun burn. It eventually peeled but there is still a pink line on my nose. I did let the lady know about it. She just said next time she would not over exfoliate but I am too disappointed to return. I am looking into other spas and will be extremely clear what I don't want. Although I don't think anyone should have to mention they don't want their skin burnt.

Jeanie also inquired about the products I was currently using and suggested other options that might work better for me or be worth trying. While performing my facial, she shared information about the benefits of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial, their specials, and recommendations for their products. It may have sounded like she was pushing for a sale, but I felt she was simply being informative and wanted to share her enthusiasm for the company she works for. I truly appreciate and support people who promote what they love and help make it better. Not only did wet come in ahead of appointment time then had to wait 15-20 min then for set up and changing time! If I knew I would've never set an appointment. Plus I was still charged the $200+ an my husband tipped both massage therapist $50 because he thinks the tip will help them have a better day. This was last year... but I just had to write my review because everytime I think or hear someone say massage I just never forget about my experience here. So I just had to write this. I hope they changed that rule.
