He was very professional and easy to understand, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained their cleaning process. He also gave me an itemized quote over the phone, which turned out to be 100% accurate. Greg accommodated my schedule and showed up at my house on time with his wife Tamara. They first did a walk through to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and expectations were set. They were friendly and approachable, and I could tell very early on that they are great people. When cleaning, Greg and Tamara didn't cut any corners. To the contrary, they worked super hard and went WAY above and beyond their call of duty. They vacuumed my carpet several times in all different directions to ensure the removal of several years worth of accumulated cat fur. A while back I accidentally spilled candle wax on the carpet in my office (it was a pretty big spill). Greg noticed it and offered to remove it, which he did with success! I've lived in my house for almost a decade and have never seen the bathrooms so clean. There were a few other areas I wanted cleaned that were not included in the deep cleaning package that I'd purchased, but they cleaned them anyway. Ella and Shante assured me they would send a crew that would do the job for $700 (no carpet or outside windows) before the Realtor's Open House. Instead, 2 nice people, Frank and Sonya, showed up at 11AM. They seemed to work hard but it was an impossible assignment. Then the texts and calls started: the house had too many windows ($15 for cleaning each one, inside only, see picture below), 2 ovens, and the garage is too big. This goes with big houses. When I stopped, the cost was over $1100. The house was not clean, and my wife and I worked at it the next day.
