Stephen responded quickly and professionally to our inquiry, quoted a reasonable price - which fell in the middle of two other quotes. He and his crew went above and beyond expectations, including leveling off the sides with topsoil and patching up parts of another pathway. He showed up when he said he would and finished when he said he would. We have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors.

CV Wenger employees have multiple skills which was useful for us in addressing several issues identified from a home inspection report. Monday afternoon, I called again because I didn't receive a call back. I spoke to a woman and scheduled an Estimater to come out on the following Tuesday at 2:45. At 3:07, I called and said that the Estimater hadn't arrived yet. They sent him out right away. He finally arrived at 3:25 and left at 3:29. He said he was going to get the pricing figured out and then call. On Friday at 10:20, I called because we hadn't heard anything. The woman who answered said she found the pricing sheet but she was going to need to email it to me. I gave my email address and as of 9:38 on Saturday, we still haven't received anything. This has been a very frustrating process. It's like pulling teeth with these people. Regardless of the pricing at this point, we will not and never use them.

I worked with Bart Ponce of Concrete World on a couple of restoration projects for my home…read more His company rebuilt the crumbling pool deck around my in-ground pool. He did a really great job considering that the location working around the pool was tricky. He estimated the concrete to within one wheel barrow load! the finished product looks beautiful. Just like having a new in-ground pool built. The second project involved building a wheelchair ramp and restoring a deteriorated concrete front porch. I asked for a shorter ramp against Bart's advice. It proved to be too steep. He redid the ramp for me only for the cost of the materials. I can't say enough good things about the quality of his work and that of his crew. I trust Bart's recommendations implicitly. A great guy to work with and very reasonably priced for such high quality work. You won't be disappointed.
