They did not schedule an appointment and did not provide me with needed services in the time frame that they indicated or what I expected and needed. With conversations with them they were not truthful in a number of areas. (Those little white lies) They also did not listen to my needs nor seemed to care. They've always been helpful and responsive, providing a couple counter checks when I forgot my checkbook at home but needed to drop off payments to vendors in town, looking up balances and helping with CDs, hosting our safe deposit box, getting documentation lined up for transferring funds between institutions, doing some investment advising... I thought small town, brick-and-mortar, personal banking was a thing of the past, but it's alive and well in PT at First Fed. They have all the modern conveniences, too, if you prefer doing it on your mobile device or computer, even downloading to Quicken. We love it here!!

I have been at the same place of business for six years yet they still hold every monthly deposit as if it was from someone new every single time. My co-workers get their $$ no later than one day after the $$ has been deposited yet I have to wait no less than 2 days and if the deposit happens on a Thursday or Friday, I won't see a deposit into my account until the following Monday. The result is several auto pays often get rejected because of this delay in accessable funds. I get penalized and fined often because of this. Unfortunately because this has been a recurring issue for 6 years, I'll need to find a different institution that doesn't participate in these unusual and inconvenient business practices.
