Bad bank, sleazy behavior. Signed up a for a credit card to transfer balance. Their website…read morecontinuously says that part of their website is down and they won't let you transfer. When I called I had to deal with 10 minutes of them trying to sell me a lifeline necklace and medical insurance. When I finally spoke to someone, they were barely intelligible, and it was clear English was their first language, they just were unable to speak like an adult. Finally got the balance transfer done, per the woman on the phone, we'll see if it actually goes through.

My experience with Porter-Whidbey started OK. Then they talked me into changing homeowners…read moreinsurance providers. Shortly after changing, my insurance was cancelled. After that, service declined, phone calls not returned, etc. I was continually answering the same questions about the property. I finally gave up and got the insurance myself (easier and less time consuming).
