Deborah and her team are the most responsive group I've ever worked with and it makes all the difference. They always find a way to get the job done before deadlines even when I'm running behind. Most recently, I had some issues with QBO after some sort of software update and after an hour of torture on the phone with QBO support and getting nowhere, I decided to email Deborah and her team. Lois and Ben were able to resolve all 3 of the issues I had despite the fact that after an hour with QBO support, I didn't get resolution of even #1. I am so happy to finally have an accounting team that I can count on!
