I was faced with several undue issues, including additional harassment issues, from city of PT employees. The city, ie Judy Surber, imposed undue regulations, way outside and beyond the scope of city regulations, upon my property. Further, she imposed additional regulations and restrictions on my property way beyond the scope imposed by the city council, which is illegal. We won! If you are faced with restrictions by PT, contact Colette immediately because she can help you! The absolute best attorney to help you!

I am so grateful that I turned to Mr. Davies as my lawyer. From the very beginning of the process, he was clear, concise, and understanding. He never sugar-coated anything, and was extremely thorough in every aspect of my DUI case. While he made no promises, he was confident that he could reduce my conviction. He helped me every step of the way, (even personally indemnifying the impound company that was holding my car for any liability so that they could release the car to me...and did this while he was on vacation!), and he was always available for any questions I had. He made me feel safer and less anxious, and in the end, everything he promised was realized. My conviction was reduced, and as a result my penalties were drastically reduced as well. I highly recommend Mr. Davies. He's exceptional--has the experience, knowledge, and contacts within the county to get the job the done, and always with the client's best interests first and foremost.

I phoned their office while incarcerated and my call was repeatedly rejected. When my wife reached out, she was informed that Alex Schodoswki had fired me as a client. The entire time of my "client relationship" with Schodowski law, I never spoke with an attorney, only Rebecca the paralegal. Rebecca illegally and unethically gave me legal advice to not return the call of my probation officer before my sentencing. This "advice" led to the probation officer actually coming to my sentencing and "testifying" against me to the judge before my sentencing. It is of my opinion, Alex Shchodowski is more invested in becoming a judge and to be a part of the good old boy network in Clallam County than the well being of her clients. Alex is unethical and negligent in her practice, in my opinion. At this time I have initiated a formal complaint with the Washington Bar Association against the malpractice of Schodowski Law...again, it seems they should stick to speeding tickets.

I should've known I was in trouble when his disgruntled secretary quit the first week I hired him. Over the four months we worked together, he did nothing for my case. My ex-wife and her attorney were actively taking my children and money, while this guy was intent on simply "managing his client." He asked me to be patient, and I now realize it was his way of saying you're the last in line. He had $6K in retainer money that just sat there while he claimed he was negotiating terms for settlement--ruining my chances of actually settling. After threatening to fire him because he'd disappeared for several weeks, he quit, claiming he and his family had Covid. Then I went on to represent myself and gain orders that benefited my case, when he'd told me this wouldn't ever happen. Good luck with this guy, Maybe he'll actually work to fight for you and your family. He sat by and watched while mine was being destroyed.

I felt coerced into a plea agreement, and I should have told the judge that morning how I felt when he asked if I felt coerced into making a plea deal. They hit me with a DUI and I was never in the vehicle, only standing near it as I recognized who's car it was. I had no keys on me for the vehicle. He took $1000's of dollars, I have a record, and I was completely innocent of those charges. I was scared and thought he was looking out for my best interests, which he was not. Just wheeling and dealing with the prosecuting attorney. He was a prosecuting attorney before transferring to a defense attorney, so he may have owed them a favor or two. While I was in jail for a few days, all the inmates said "NO!! Stay away from Noah Harrison as a defense attorney, he's not looking out for you and you'll get screwed over"; but my relatives hired him, and I told them "No, find someone else"; but they too pushed me to stay with him. I'm extremely disappointed, and I'm going to fight the charge on my record for "lack of adequate defense". I've since left Washington, but I'll keep you all posted on the results of my fight against this charge and him being incapable of a true good defense attorney.
